Let me first start by saying that the cleaning itself was perfect and very thorough. I was so…read moreecstatic to hear my parents thrilled about the cleaning as I had gotten them this cleaning as a Christmas gift, two being what I originally had planned for. Then, I got told the amount and thought it was "weird" since I only provided photos for the Living room, the Kitchen, the downstairs bathroom and bathrooms upstairs (an in-person consultation couldn't happen due to their schedule, and they asked me to provide photos of the spaces I wanted clean) . I came to find out that they cleaned all the bedrooms and my parent's basement that I didn't provide photos of. My sister was a bit upset they were in her spaces since she wasn't expecting that. It's a small thing really and I could've communicated better that these were the only spaces I wanted clean but that did catch me off gaurd so maybe just plan to be around if you book them. I did tell my dad about the areas they were only suppose to clean but he just forgot due to other things going on at the house that day. But hey, a clean house is a clean house!

Especially, someone, you are trusting to clean your house. I came home while Danielle was wrapping up and was stunned how clean the house is. I kept walking around in amazement: what was a construction site now sparkled. Even this morning in the daylight, it is just perfect. This was the first time we've used Elevated, and naturally, there were a few questions they had about our home; we were impressed with the level of detail and thoughtfulness this showed. I love how well run their administrative team is, making it very easy to communicate our needs, schedule and coordinate specialty cleaning. They have a system to notify you before the appointments, as well as when they will arrive. Not to mention, this team does a fabulous job thoroughly cleaning our house every single time. They also help us with plant watering, which is very convenient. With that in mind, running an Airbnb means you need cleaning support that meets a quality standard, and is 100% consistent. With ACP, we feel that we can run this out as a team and trust that we will always know the price, what is being done, and that our guests will always be pleased. For those looking for cleaning of their personal homes, ACP is great for that too! We've worked with them to do specialty cleaning projects as well as carpet cleaning. Highly recommend.

As an initial start, they would do a deep cleaning within your budget and your preference. Candy was great in asking questions on what are important to me such as areas of focus, cleaning techniques and products to use, etc. As an example, I wanted them to do common areas and not bedrooms and ok with bleach but avoid strong smell solutions or heavy chemical smells. I've never had cleaners before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Having 2 cat, 1 dog, and 2 children, my house is in constant mess. I had the kids picked up the toys off the floor on their first visit and prayed for the best. When I got home and saw how clean and organized my house was, I nearly cried! I actually gave the ladies a huge hug because I was so pleased!! There were 4 of them and they were amazing. My floors were sparkling, my sink never looked so white and my bathrooms looked so new again. My initial cleaning was $300 but I tipped them extra as they went above and beyond. Of course set a schedule with them to come on a regular basis. They have now came to the house 3 times and they always do a general cleaning of floors, bathrooms, and if they have extra time, they will do something extra like cleaning out the fridge or cabinets. I'm very happy with them so far and plan to add bedrooms to the list now that they've impressed me so much.
