Took a 2022 Ford Expedition in for a coolant system flush and refill with factory 56/44 antifreeze; owner provided. First time used their 50/50 antifreeze after service writer specified owners 56/44. Second time only put 2 gal in a 4 gal coolant system. Suspect the 2 gal was done the first time. Third try, put in 4 gal ish. After running vehicle 15 min on the road going home coolant reservoir tank took approx .75 gal more to fill the system. Was also told and in writing the vehicle cabin air filter was " critical" and needed changing. Filter was new and installed for only one week before being told it needed changing. Indications from others that Mesquite Ford commonly recommends repairs/parts when not needed. Be aware of your go there.

I immediately take pictures and send over the documents as this is Friday late afternoon. I am informed that it will all be reviewed the following Monday and should receive a FedEx overnight with the paperwork to sign. As promised Tuesday I receive the paperwork and send it back out with the docs signed. WEd afternnon I get a text confirming everthing has been received. a couple hours later transportation company calls to pick up the vechicle. The following day another text all is complete and given the go ahead and cash the check. I made this process stressful but Give Me The Vin did not. Answered phone calls, texts and emails promptly. First, they fail to disclose that once you decide on a car that you are charged a $1000 non- refundable deposit. The non-refundable statement is conveniently left out. Little did I know, this was only the beginning of the shell games and deceptions. First, they lied about the wire transfer, trying to tell me that the money was not received. B.S... the funds were received by CVP Holdings, LLC on the same day as transmitted. Then, they screwed up the paperwork with an incorrect VIN. Next, I was notified that the VIN was missing a digit on the sellers title and would create additional delays. One month later and there is STILL no movement on the title, verified through CA DMV. This MUST be some kind of interest float game or perhaps illegal title jumping. Fortunately, I had already contracted with a service to have the car shipped. Do NOT trust these jokers to do ANYTHING correctly. The car arrived with a huge chunk scraped out of the fender, NOT done by the shipping company. Some jackass at Gateway improperly closed the hood and damaged the car. They flat out refuse to furnish me with copies of the paperwork signed by their notary. Now I am told that all communications must go through "management" because I was a mean person and mentioned the word ATTORNEY. CVP Holdings is run by Sal Akbani, a foreigner whose shell companies consist of numerous off shore limited liability companies. Normally, when you see this sort of shell game, the owners are engaging in tax fraud and money laundering. These morons will soon find out what fun is when they are investigated by the A.G.'s in each state, along with the IRS and state tax authorities for fraud. Avoid Gateway Classic Cars in every location, otherwise you will experience the same painful customer mistreatment. Check out Better Business Bureau complaints and TrustPilot for more information on the unethical tactics deployed by Gateway Classic Cars. I read several reviews of people getting cancelled on because car was not on-site only 30min before pick-up time. This beautiful car I bought (2019 Cadillac XT5 platinum) WREAKED of cigarette smoke. I had already made full payment for the car. I was pissed...nothing I could do except use 7 day return policy. I chose to try and clean the car, changed air filter (was filthy upon purchase), used ozone generator. Still a slight odor remains. Car was surface level clean upon inspection but filthy steering wheel and control knobs (used about 20 clorox wipes to clean off all the grime inside - they all came out filthy brown/dirty after multiple cleanings. Funny that I also saw a story on Amazon in a review of the ozone generator I bought that a person had the same experience of getting a smoke smelling car FROM CARVANA which caused them to have the same problem...so this is not a one time thing. I feel that Carvana was not upfront about cigarette stench infiltrating car...that's shady and unethical business practice in my opinion. Luckily following the purchase, the customer service phone number was helpful in recovering my cleaning costs of the car and refunding the excess registration costs they charged me, but I would NOT do a purchase through them ever again due to the dishonest/omitted info of disgusting car odor. They should have NEVER offered up this car for sale in that condition for being a dealer. That would never happen at a brick & mortar dealership. Price was OK, but should have been way lower with the smoke damage. BUYERS BEWARE!

She also gave me a list of about 6 places I should check out for washing my new car using the touchless brushless facilities in town from her own experience. Don't forget to ask her about her "Pink Subie"..... a Pink Subaru!!! She is truly a delight to both chat to and ask questions about the entire process. The work done was really great. It was flawless to be honest. The ceramic coating gives such a shine. I've had them add on a few aftermarket items such as mud flaps, and carbon fiber to the interior which came out looking as good as if it was original. Absolutely the best! Highly recommend them!
