The school is genuinely not as bad as these reviews leave it out to be. I'll tell you it's not the…read morebest, but it's definetely not the worst. I see many talking about how the teachers here suck, but they're decent in my opinion. I personally believe the librarian Mrs.Couch is the best. The ones leaving the one star reviews are students I can imagine just get in trouble a lot, which many do, but only really for reasonable things.

That's besides the point. I'd say the most rudest people there are the front office staff. Bro one time i was tryna use the restroom and went in the stall, there was mad toilet paper on the floor and on the seat. of course, i held it in until i got home. IT STINKS IN THERE TOO. Oh yeah, I saw this 5 star review bout mrs. couch and how she's kind. she's mad annoying she catch you play fighting with your friends she automatically think you comitting homocide. don't get me started on them teachers they mad annoying and when you tryna joke around with your friends and they hear, they turning that thing into a life lesson 45 mins max. bro don't get me started with fights not only they're wannabe gangsters they js always tryna fight wheter you aint bothering nobody they dont care. also you js gotta get your bottom beat to death looking like spongebobs grandma after that. (picture will be inserted below) for them to be on your side and they aint do squat they only call they're parents and they straight up give you the worst punishment to men even though that other person started it in the first place. All i'm saying is that,

I love this Children's Center. The staff truly cares. My daughter attended this academy for about…read moretwo years, and it was wonderful to hear her talk about her love for God and to hear her sing worship songs. The teachers are intentional and thoughtful about what they teach. It is the perfect mix of academics, fine motor skills, and manners. My daughter learned a lot, and I felt like I got to be part of her thriving here. Teacher Marissa, Teacher Brooke, and Director Gloria made a huge impact on our daughter and set the bar very high. I wish she could have stayed there through high school. These educators have hearts of gold. As a first time mom I always wanted to know how her day was going, and they kept me informed so I felt right there with her. I received photos every day and used them as talking points to hear my daughter's perspective on her day. She is now in kindergarten and thriving because this academy invested in her. This was not just a school. It was a community. I recommend Mesa Grande Children's Center to anyone who wants a loving environment, strong structure, and hands on learning for their little ones.

Springs Charter Schools

Springs Charter Schools

HONEST review! When moving back to California, I was anxious…read moreabout where I would begin education for my littles after leaving a small town. By the grace of God Springs Charter Schools entered my radius of heavy searching! My first impression of the campus was to my surprise, "small town vibes." The principal Mrs. Slaten, was so well rounded in her abilities. I knew If I felt safe in her energy, my babies would too! So I signed them up immediately! At the time, I opted to do the learning center 2 days on campus 3 days at home, to see how my kiddos would do. I have 3 children, my oldest began at the Cherry Valley Learning Center program with Springs for the first 2 years. My daughter became old enough to do kindergarten through this same program with our wonderful ES (education specialist) Mrs. Mindy. Whom we'd see monthly to check in on assignments. (We miss her ) My littles excelled and learned so much fun stuff through curriculums of their choice. Soon after my youngest son was coming of age for Kindergarten, I realized, he was not going to be a good candidate for the at-home learning program because he said he wanted teachers and a classroom So I decided to try the academy program, 3 days at school 2 days of at-home learning for all my kiddos. They have been attending the Cherry Valley Campus now for the past 2 years, and LOVE it! Every year seems to get better & better. More resources, optimal changes that cater to the children's needs, educational/fun after-school clubs, REACH Fridays for extra help with HW packets for those at-home learning days, a loving principal & vice principal, CARING teachers, a plethora of activities, and even a food truck for free lunches! Any concerns regarding mild foul language (stupid etc) that might need addressing, get addressed! I love that they pride themselves on Kindness & Respect. We need a lot more of that these days. Overall, the development of this newer Springs location at Cherry Valley Student Center has superseded my expectations. We have nothing but good things to say. I'd rather not post pictures for privacy reasons but if you are on the fence and want a safe, caring, supportive, and educational space for your child/children to learn and thrive, BOTH program options are wonderful! Check it out and see for yourself. Signed- A Mama Bear & her Cubs

Terrible management and front desk staff. We signed my kids up immediately after their trial class…read morea couple of weeks ago. The front desk had my card on file and asked if I could run it. She also went over the payment. I was told it would be the yearly fee and the monthly fee for both of my kids. I agreed. I confirmed that was all we needed to do and she said yes. My fault for not asking for a print out receipt. I am 10000% positive I went to the front desk immediately after the class because the front staff told me that if I didn't sign them up within a certain time period my kids would lose their spots in that class. So we signed them up that day. Today we go in and the manager announced, in front of the parent area, that I didn't register my kids after their trial class. "yes I did", I said as I'm walking into the office. She proceeded to tell me, now with an attitude, that I didn't. I kept telling her that I did and she kept arguing with me saying "you may have thought you came up to the desk to register but you didn't." I get what she is saying that the kids are not registered in the system, but There is a difference between saying a customer didn't do something (after the customer is positive that they did) and being extremely rude about it vs. saying the payment didn't go through or there may have been a technical error with the computer. or what this manager should have said "I'm sorry, it seems like the payment didn't go through or there may have miscommunication about registering and I'll talk with my staff to ensure it doesn't happen again." But she stuck with the, "you didn't do it" or "you may have thought you did but you didn't." This is terrible customer service practice and terrible management. I am stern but I am not a rude person at all. I do not yell or raise my voice. I was clearly frustrated and making it the only point that her tone and blaming me is unprofessional and uncalled for. I have a lot of understanding for things happening such as bad days and technical difficulties but to argue with a customer and talk down to them and blame them for something that was the fault of the staff at the front desk for not ensuring the payment went through or following through with what she said she was going to do is unprofessional and a terrible way to manage. After I decided to not continue at this gym, I asked for the owners information. The manager continued her attitude and said I can email on the "contact us" email. I went to the front to get that email and she immediately said she has no contact information of the manager. Also, with a bad attitude. I asked her to write down the owners email and she rudely pointed to the company card and said I can email on the company email and she might see it there. I have a career in customer service and no way would I ever allow the staff of my business to handle situations like that. It's funny that this happened immediately after my husband and I were watching our kids stretching and noticed the coaches not correcting their forms. They were sitting down on their tablets. What's the point of stretches and growing as a gymnast if you don't correct the forms? That's where the fundamentals start like pointing your toes for everything and it doesn't benefit the stretch if it's not done properly. This is a beginner class where all those things are important to learn. I guess this was a sign to stay away! If you have cameras in the building I suggest you listen to those and watch the videos to see how your manager was. They represent your business. It Sucks because my kids liked the first class and wanted to do gymnastics here. It was close enough where we could go and we heard some good reviews. Unfortunately I cannot support a business with bad management and staffing.
