It made me use canva which then would not let me save and print. It only allowed me to make an order which I could print later and not save. After wasting 40 mins with the manager saying sorry he doesn't know what to do, the other employee said she could log me out so I could stop paying and she could charge me an extra $17 to make me a proof so I could print. She finally agreed to print mine for me. Once again an even more horrible experience then before. Thanks to her I got what I needed after an hour and double the price. The employees are nice but have no access to the systems to help. This IS NOT A PRINT SHOP. Lowered to 1 star review. Previous review 2024: I've been a patron of this location since it was kinkos. Today will be my last time as a patron of fedex. Over the years, the ease of use and convenience has disappeared and the cost of simple prints has skyrocketed. On my day in distress, I called to find out what time this location closed while driving(responsibly using my phone via Bluetooth) On this day in distress, the store employee who answered the phone, told me that the store would close in 10min(at 7pm)and he asked me where I was at. I told the guy where my exact location was,in which, he replied, "you're not far at all so, I'll wait for you" he gave me directions and instructed me to take my time and to not get into an accident trying to rush in, as he would wait since my return only required a QR scan and no money would be exchanged using cash registraters nor the CC machines. I zoomed over to find that the employee lied to me, in which, they were already closed and all gone! I was like, REALLY DUDE!!! It's the Holiday season and there was no COMPASSION here by being deceitful!!! ‍ ‍ I would've settled for, "were closing and to try again tomorrow ". As I was driving away to my next destination, I called the store and left a message letting him know that he lied to me and that I really did show up leaving a vm. The next day, I returned and asked him what happened and why he did that to me and he had no words. He seemed shocked that I asked and tried to make up an excuse but I told him.." it's OK Happy Holidays" anyway. She was unable to find the location for where my package was to be sent, utter incompetence. No smile, no friendliness, nothing that resembled customer service. Not the best qualities for customer service. I told her to forget the service I would go somewhere else, a place that would want to take my money. FedEx was able to find the address with no problems. Disclaimer: Sean is in the process of moving his storefront from Tempe to Gilbert and is running a pickup/drop off service. I offered to meet him halfway as his location was around 20 minutes away and he was very grateful. I am not one to typically leave reviews, however Sean was so kind, well meaning, respectful, and gave me live updates about how the repair was going. This was the best customer service experience I have ever received in tech. The apple store quoted me at $1300 and sean completely repaired my water damaged 2017 macbook pro and was able to recover all of my data for just $400. My computer was under reasonable use conditions and slightly dirty when I gave it to him. He returned it back in sparkling condition having cleaned thoroughly the interior and exterior. He even cleaned my dusty fans even though they had nothing to do with the repair. Above and beyond service. 5 stars

BIG shout out to this T-Mobile store! My son and I dropped in here four nights in a row, trying to…read morework through major issues with leaving an old family plan and creating our own. I'm used to crappy customer service that's dismissive, but these T-Mobile employees were a breath of fresh air. Every time, they were incredibly kind and super helpful, walking us through each and every step for solving our problems. Not only that, they also got us the best deals possible on a new family plan and new phones. My Samsung was FREE at an $800 value, and my son's iPhone was 50% off! We even walked out of there last night with a new internet deal that's much cheaper and efficient than our current WiFi setup. Sweet! I recommend this store, hands down. Thank you to everyone at this T-Mobile spot, and a an extra special shout out to Nate for finalizing everything for us!
