They broke down pricing clearly, just asked for square footage and what I wanted done, and mentioned a $50-off promo for new customers. Our appointment was booked a few days in advance and confirmed quickly. Two housekeepers arrived right on time at 10:30 a.m. and spent exactly four hours cleaning. They were friendly, professional, and focused on their work. The house looked great and smelled fresh afterward. After they left, the owner texted to follow up, collect my email, and send the invoice. One note: there's a $12 service charge just for using their payment system--I wish I'd known that upfront since it offsets some of the new-customer credit. Total was $362 for the deep clean, which I felt was fair for the quality and effort. I'd definitely hire them again.
