I bought glasses from them in August and in less than 2 months they broke I contacted them in October and never heard back from them so I walked in on November since I work 7 to 7 and they r closed. When I spoke to the glasses manager she said she will contact me but that most likely there is nothing they can do. It's now April and she never contacted me. I had to do everything myself and found out that there is a 24 month warranty and cut them put of the process. I will never go back to them. I work in the medical field and dont appreciate being treated like a source of income than a human being. Highly recommendable medical facility. Diligent staff and very professional and helpful doctor, Dr. Capino. I recently visited Dr. Capino's office on Bridge Street when I started having problems with my eyes. He was great and he actually kept talking to me until he was sure I got all the information regarding my eye care, medicine and follow-up check up. During follow-up visits Dr. Capino was consistently patient with me coz I must admit I always forget how to care for my eyes. The staff was just as pleasant as the doctor. They answered my questions and did not made me feel like I was bothering them. I appreciate them making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. read more

My entire family has been going to this clinic for more than 10 years plus. We are loyal clients because we are well taken care of by the staff and our ophthalmologist is a pleasant, efficient and is an excellent surgeon. The optical department have made our eyeglasses and the frame selection is quite good. It is a busy place most of the time we come for appointments. The doctor has quite a good following and its quite reassuring. The diagnostic equipment is state of the art and makes the eye exam a breeze except on those times when you have to have your eyes dilated. Sorry to say, negative Yelp reviews are misleading. This clinic is very unprofessional.They humiliate other races.They read louder your birth date and social number involving other Paties.everybody in there is rude' look down on patients and criticisms.I ordered eye grasses through Masshealth and when I went to correct them the measurements were not correct.Eventually they informed me that they cannot return them back simply because I did not buy from them.They tried the fix my glasses for ten times and convincing that I should take them. My family (with four children), and my mother have been continuously seeing Dr. Capino, even though we have moved to Quincy. The staff are always amazing. We love the kindness of the staff at Merrimack Eye Clinic. My mom was always happy that she can talk to the staff in her Cambodian language. Just another perk for my family, i suppose. I had the a good experience once again. The staff went over and beyond to help me. They helped me find the perfect frames for prescription sunglasses and regular glasses. I picked out a pair and before letting me order them the women helping me brought out 6 more pairs and I found the perfect pair (which was not my original). I got a great eye exam today after being diagnosed with diabetes. It included an exam that used eye drops to dilate my pupils. The staff told me to bring my sunglasses, am glad they did, i had some light sensitivity after the exam but not too bad. Dr. Capino informed me on the importance of a yearly eye exam to check for diabetes in the eye. I got a good lesson on how diabetes can affect the body and the eye especially. read more

The most efficient doctors office i have been to. Very professional and prompt. The optical staff is cheerful and got my eyeglasses finished as promised. My exam with Doctor Capino was thorough and we had even had time to share some tips on photography and great restaurants. I always enjoy the mingling with the other patients in the wait area. I am very happy with the care Dr. Capino gives me and my family. He makes sure he takes all the time needed to give us a good check up. Their equipment are, I feel, state of art and he is really good with the old and the young. He has two RC cars in one of the rooms and my kid likes them a lot. I experienced state of the art ophthalmic exams. The staff was pleasant and efficient. I had a complete eye exam without too much waiting time. I know that Dr. Capino is a good eye surgeon when I see the post operative patients on Fridays when I have an appointment. They come out with a big smile when they leave the exam rooms.
