Contact them cautiously. I got a letter from CMRE financial…read moreservices for some medical charges I don't recall using. Then I call them with my caller ID hidden (by dialing *67 before my phone number). They asked me my DOB but I didn't give it to them because I am afraid that is a scam. She then verified the mailing address and the Account number printed on the letter. I asked them about the charges and the representative told me this is for 911 service on a certain date in a city I never been to. The representative told me she can verified the last four of my social to cross check if I used that service. I told them my last four digit and she said that they got the wrong address and there's nothing I need to do. I am regret that I provided my last four of social, but I want to take out this from my record badly. Finger crossed. How could they randomly send out this kind of debt collecting letter to people?! I am still very suspicious about their actions!

They continue to call me every single morning, for a debt that is not mine. Then when I call when I…read moretry to explain to them, they have such an attitude that they won't even hear a word I'm saying. I feel like I'm dealing with a girl in junior high who used to take off her hoop earrings off. I would be more than willing to work with them, but they are impossible to work with. I would've told them that the debt is from my ex that I haven't lived with him in. 10 years but yet they continue to call me every single morning. This company is a piece of work. And not in a good way they do not get good results because they have no respect nor do they open their ears and listen. There's a reason why God gave us one mouth and two ears because you're supposed to listen. I would've been more than happy to provide them with the information so they could've gotten paid from my daughter's father who is responsible for the debt. And he is court order to be responsible for this debt. If they would've listened to me, they would've been able to contact him. I own my own house I own my own car. I have no need to pay this bill (even since I haven't even verified that this is a real bill that is owed ). Not to mention That is not mine. I have never worked at the company that is so inefficient as this one. And I've been in sales for 30 years. This company is a disgrace. They're never going get paid by the way they speak to the people they call who aren't even responsible for the debt that they're calling about. If you could see me rolling my eyes right now, that's exactly what I'm doing!
