I have had the honor to work with Luis ad his team on a couple of transactions and can attest he has displayed nothing less than top notch professionalism and a desire to serve; I would recommend Luis to anyone looking to buy or sell and look forward to working with their Team again! To reference a previous review that detested Luis for farming the neighborhood: he was literally doing EXACTLY what he should be doing as a top producer; meeting clients in his neighborhood n trying to connect with them. The previous is an example of how Luis goes above and beyond to be a cut above his competition......who else is out, feet on the street around sunset (by design, as thats when many homeowners are arriving home from work) knocking doors meeting people and providing value to home owners?

We took a chance & went with Robert whom we didn't know much about , but we went with our gut after casually meeting him in an open house . And we are so glad we did. He was patient with us, but he was also very Deligent in looking for properties that were to our desired wants daily . He was able to get our offer accepted out of others because the other agent really trusted him and helped navigate the process smoothly . If you're looking for an agent he is very honest and easy to work with , but of course you as a buyer also have to put in effort be ready . We're glad we did ! We are proud first time home buyers !

Even though I live in Vegas now, I still make an annual trip to this place because the service is that good! As long as you have all your required paperwork like stubs, W2's, etc, John and his helpful staff get to work on it right away making sure to get you the most cash you can get back going to your pocket! I like these guys because they give you the option of E-Filing, which is the fastest way your tax return can get to you! The fees for his services are comparable to some of the fancier places in town. Best of all, if you refer people to him for his services, he can give you a nice discount on his service fees. So if you are looking for that nice tax consultant that knows what they are doing, you found him! Just make sure to call first to set up an appointment. Its best that you do that so he has enough time to handle your paperwork. Im not sure if walk-ins are accepted but if he does, then I assume the wait will be even longer. I will never refer my friends here. Please read below from this article.. and who ever gave him more than 5 stars.. be aware!! You have a sketchy tax preparer Sometimes your tax preparer is to blame for an audit. If a preparer promises unusually high refunds without asking to see proper documentation for deductions and credits, don't be fooled, said Vincenzo Villamena, CPA and managing partner at accounting firm Online Taxman. You're legally responsible for the information on your return no matter what a preparer tells you, so make sure to look over your return before it's sent to the IRS. "Preparers can promise you the world, but then when they deduct a bunch of stuff they shouldn't, you're going to be the one stuck with an audit," said Villamena. Also, you'll be required to repay any money you receive fraudulently. This year, all paid preparers are required to have a Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) so customers can verify that they are legitimate. Ask preparers to see their PTIN before signing up for help, and be wary if your preparer doesn't put a PTIN on your return when submitting it to the IRS, said Villamena. http://money.cnn.com/galleries/2012/pf/taxes/1203/gallery.audit-red-flags/index.html

I had John Oh service my business from inception and worked with him for a little over 2 years…read more I've paid him thousands of dollars over the years for services like setting up my business entity to managing payroll. In addition to costing me unnecessary expenses, the lack of care in his communication and complete disregard for professionalism in making sure that the tasks were completed left me scrambling trying to fix years-old mistakes with the IRS that he does not claim responsibility for although he took my money just fine for the "services". I've reached out multiple times to him and his office with no resolution. He gave horrible advice towards the management of my account that thankfully I did not act on. Any questions asked were answered vaguely with little to no clarification on the subject at hand. I regrettably had referred a few business colleagues over to him over the years and all are now also transitioning away from his company to a more reliable person who will handle their finances with care.

My taxes were sent elecronically. Everything was super easy. This visit was to handle 2022 taxes. Yikes, I know. I aso know better since my family is full of tax pros. Thankfully Patricia was able and filled my taxes online. I was in and out in 30 minutes. However, had my taxes been for 2021, they would had to been mailed in. The location is on Ball and Beach. Times are tough and I had expressed that to Nancy -- I lost my job and had to get my footing back with my mortgage, car payment, etc. She would huff and puff over the phone, her emails were rude and short to me and sometimes she wouldn't even respond. I missed some payments along the way for my auto insurance and the policy got cancelled and I was very apologetic. I need insurance now in order to obtain registration on my vehicle and MIND YOU, I still have my home owners policy in place with them.. When I called to ask to reinstate my insurance Nancy sighed so loud, letting me know she was annoyed with me and then proceeded to tell me that it's a headache for her agents there to have to keep rewriting my policy for my auto insurance. I can not believe this and I will be taking all my business elsewhere. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM, THEY ALL SEEM LIKE THEY DISLIKE THEIR JOBS HERE. So unfortunate after all these years. Again, I'm sorry I missed some payments, times were really hard and I'm getting back on my feet and being vulnerable and expressing that to her there to get that response was just plain out hurtful.
