By far the best place to go for all your tax needs and more. Previously I had some documents notarized here and the service was always prompt and very professional. This year was my first year filing my taxes with them and it's safe to say I finally found a permanent place to do all my tax work. I scheduled an appointment and once we started the tax forms they were very thorough yet they always keep a very humble and human element that most chain tax places lack. Also their prices for their services are also very fair and well. On top of the great service and great communication, they are also very much on top of all their safety measures during the current covid situation. Keep supporting small business, especially when they are this professional. read more

I have been going to Centro Documental since the early 90s. My father brought me with him to do his taxes when I was just 6 years old. Back then they were located on Bristol by the Bristol mall. When I started working my father demanded I go do my taxes here. I am so grateful for Eddie he is so kind and professional. He really knows his stuff. I never got the opportunity to do my taxes with Eddies dad but my father always has wonderful things to say about the man that always made time for him. I highly recommend you come here. The rates are great and you will get all your questions answered. read more

Just a heads up if you go to their website to fill out the form so someone can get in contact with you. You will not get a response. I also tried to call to schedule an appointment with Eddie. Because a Friend recommended him and referred him. But when calling they told me they don't take appointments and it's walk in only. Makes it difficult to schedule around work hours. I will update this review once I can get in for an appointment. Hoping that it won't be a long wait for a walk in. read more

Late response by a month. When he responded he said he didn't serve my area even though the map on the yelp page clearly does.

I've always filed our family's taxes using turbo tax, but was worried about the change in tax laws and what that could mean to our finances, so I decIded to hire Eddie Villa-Lobos at Centrol Documental. Best financial decision I could have made for our family! I have since recommended his services to my family and friends, and I plan on hiring him every year henceforth. Eddie was kind, ethical, and knowledgeable. I am so grateful for his expertise and the tax refund we were entitled to. I give him my highest recommendation. read more
