One of their best attributes is that they actively build our internal financial services to make us less dependent on their services and reduce their billing. Financials are absolutely critical in any business. I became interim CEO of a non-profit in March 2021 with no intention of becoming the permanent CEO. I applied for/became the CEO only because I was absolutely confident in the work Stacey's team had done over the previous four years to thoroughly restate/re-organize the financials, ensure that all tax, accounting, regulation and government requirements were met, and that there were no issues hiding beneath the surface.
