I pass this course quite often, played there years ago and was disappointed that I couldn't golf. I forget about this course actually. Anyway, as my group finished golf and arrived for lunch most said the grounds were as hard as a rock, not in good shape and I should be glad not to have golfed that day. Hmm. They all said no more golf outings there. In all fairness, it is the first week of Spring and maybe it just needs more time since the season is just starting. Nonetheless...they were very disappointed. On a good note, the 20 of us sat on the outside covered patio and had a really good lunch. I wasn't expecting much based on the bad reviews of the course therefore I was quite surprised just how good the food was at their restaurant. My burger and fries were delicious. Cooked exactly as requested. The chicken cheesesteak was a huge sandwich and filled with a generous amount of chicken. Two could easily share that. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. Only one mishap...they ran out of fries! Substituted onion rings. Normally, that would be a good thing however, the onion rings looked awful. Skinny and overdone, more fried breading then onion...not the good kind of onion rings. Glad I was last to get the fries otherwise my review would be less stars. The quesadilla, salads and other meals also looked very good and generous portions. Our service was friendly and timly. I can see going back for lunch at some point to dine outside on a nice day. Not sure about the golf? I was fluctuating between 3 and 4 stars bc 3.5 would be my pick however, I just can't do 4 stars...hopefully next time. And I will try the restaurant again...probably one of the better restaurants in that area.

I highly recommend you do not conduct business with this gentleman. As other reviewers have previously written, he is a one man "company" who runs the business out of his Doylestown home, has no real employees, hires lowest bid subcontractors to renovate your pool, has changed his company name numerous times, and according to several other pool renovation companies I have reached out to fix this mess maintains an extremely poor reputation in the industry. We paid him an initial deposit in June 2021. Months passed with nothing happening. Out of the blue, he then proceeded to demolish our family's pool last fall with two young men showing up unannounced at our home without the required township permits. The work was rushed, sloppy, and shoddy. Our automatic pool cover track was removed and bent in the process. The mortar was not properly and completely removed so more demolition and prep work will still need to be done to prepare the pool for its next phase of renovation. Gallons of saltwater were dumped onto our grass, plants, and trees. Our pool was left filled with debris. In addition, the sloppy demolition may have damaged the plumbing which will now need to be pressure tested. Bob Whitaker had no supplies when he demolished our pool. He failed to reserve and secure our necessary materials. He gave my husband the run-around via text messages for nine months. And has left our family with our four year old son pool-less for the upcoming summer season. He refuses to answer calls or return my husband's deposit. Even though, his incomplete and sloppy demolition has provided no savings or value now that we need to hire another contractor to renovate our pool. I hope my warning can prevent someone else from making the same mistake our family made retaining Aqua Renovations' services saving unnecessary stress, unpleasantness, inconvenience, frustration, and the wasting of hard earned money.

Kelly was not willing to accept that fact and unwilling to have someone come back out and redo the pool cleaning at no charge. At $175/hr. and the owner of the company, I expect more. "We do nothing for free" is exactly what she said to me after I snapped at her for not being willing to listen to how bad our pool and hot tub looked upon what the techs considered a "completed" job. Attached is a picture of what the hot tub looked like post cleaning. Pool was no better! If this is what the company views as acceptable, it leaves a lot to be desired. They were left filthy! Be careful with this company…read more We switched to EVO Pools a few years ago because we needed a reliable pool service to open and close our pool. They are a local company as well and seemed reasonable the first year. Last summer, we had them open and clean the pool. They showed on time and communicated arrival. When they arrived, many of the workers (while friendly) don't speak English and so there are a few language barriers during the process. Many times the workers will just instruct to call the office to discuss any questions or next steps. So, asking them about their process or what should expect is futile. A day after they left, the pool was not clean (debris at the bottom and algae on the walls). I called and emailed and the response was that it may take a few times to clean the pool for it to be truly clean. And they would come back "for a charge" to clean it again. What?? And honestly, if I didn't pay A LOT of money to open, I wouldn't have been that upset. So, I simply remembered that I would need to add a cleaning next year and worked to get the pool clean on my own. We used them again this summer, but this time I ordered a cleaning with the opening (as a separate item to which they charged me an hourly rate). The pool reps came (same workers) opened the pool and cleaned it. They let us know that someone would be back for the full cleaning a day later. GREAT! They came back a day later (I was charged 1.5 hours) and cleaned the pool. When they left that day, there was still algae and other sediments in the pool. My husband and I thought this would be cleaned by our filter, expecting that the walls and floor were scrubbed and this is what caused the cloudiness in the water. Two days later when the water cleared, there was still algae on the walls, floors, and around the lights. I reached out to express my concern and the response was "it may take more than a few cleanings" and they were happy to come back out and CHARGE ME AGAIN!!!! It was clear that the work/scrubbing of the pool walls, around the lights, in the creases of the stairs, etc wasn't done at the cleaning. We will never use EVO again. I give them 2 stars for communication because they do quickly respond and especially quick to tell me that they would happily come out and fix the issue at MY expense. And if you have money to burn, you could just have them come out 20 times to clean your pool until it's done and ready for the summer!!

We had lots of options for tile, etc., but S & S was a breeze to work with to make sure that everything not only looked good, but came in at our budget. The work crew that came out was polite and quick at their jobs, and very thorough. We did have a wait at some point because of weather -- rain can do that, I suppose! -- but they were back at it as soon as possible. Our pool looks as good as new (great, for a multi-decade old structure!) and we're delighted with the outcome. Hopefully we're set for a while now, but if we have pool issues in the future, we know who we're going to call!
