The service here was excellent, I had a cake delivery scheduled and the staff had the cake sent up to my room so it was waiting in the room on our arrival. We stayed in the Andaz Junior Suite. Nicely decorated, automatic fireplace, soaking tub, loved the humongous shower, double TVs in living room and bedroom. Our room faced 1st street. The TV has basic channels and allows you to cast. We used the huge soaking tub and the fireplace was automatic. The walk in shower was huge and pressure and hot water were totally fine. The location, service and the hotel was amazing for a romantic getaway.

The location is ideal -- right in the heart of downtown, with excellent shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms all within easy walking distance. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the people. Many of the same staff members have been here for years, and the entire team brings such a positive, energetic, and welcoming culture to the property. You genuinely feel taken care of every time. Our most recent stay was no exception -- everything was wonderful, as always. Thank you to the entire Andaz team for consistently making our Napa trips so special and memorable. We'll be back again soon!

The grounds are expansive with plenty of areas for private walks, benches and well manicured lawns. There is a markets with a broad array of wines, cheese, snacks, candles, drinks, sweet treats, and more to explore. The on premise Hilltop Restaurant's breakfast buffet is approximately $40/person and they also offer a separate breakfast menu - scenic and convenient. The staff are friendly and efficient. There's also Boon Fly Café as another option. The pool area is spacious with plenty of seating and lounge chairs. The adjacent hot tub sits right at the edge of a view of the hills and vineyard. Picturesque. Amenities inside the cottage were well stocked (towels, soaps, tissue). The soaps, lotion, shampoo and conditioner have pleasant scents (quince, lavender) and are easy to dispense. Bed is comfortable with down pillows. This is a small, luxury hotel. The private cottages are like having your own, small home during your stay.

R INN NAPA - More beautiful homes around the neighborhood

HINT- Check their website under Extras- I had missed it before and you will see some great add ons for a price of course. They normally require a 48hr notice but they happily made it happen. BIG THANKS! My husband loved it and I was ecstatic that it was waiting for us- since I knew we were going to be hungry after our flight. The location is easy to find, the neighborhood is absolutely charming and clean. Please walk around and see those beautiful architectural homes!!! They phoned us before our flight to ask an ETA for a possible early check in. I mean WOW what a great detail! We did get in early and our beautiful room was ready! We stayed in Loft 14, it's 2 stories- bedroom and half bath upstairs. The most comfortable BED ever and the sheets for extremely soft and buttery. The big full bath downstairs is very modern and had no door to the big shower- I get cold easy, so the heater vent above the vanity/sink was a heavenly surprise! A beautiful living room with an electric fireplace and a little outdoor patio- private just for your room. Well stocked mini fridge with beer, water, sparkling flavored water, and a nice bottle of wine! Yummy chips, goodies and locally sourced gourmet chocolate. Rosa helped us when we arrived and she showed us around the property. She was a Gem the entire time. Very friendly and welcoming but not intrusive. Thanks Rosa! Beautiful gardens, loved the communal kitchen open 24hrs. Plenty of indoor/outdoor lounge spaces, both open for larger groups or smaller for more privacy. They offer a continental breakfast on weekends and it's not your average "Continental" selections. We had a delicious FRESH Quiche with a delectable crust and perfect cooked eggs/ham & cheese, fresh fruit, yogurts, butter croissants and to die for Cruffin (croissant/muffin pastry) covered in sugar and cinnamon. The coffee machine can get you your coffee of choice in minutes, mine was a frothy latte and my husband opted for a cortado. Again available 24hrs which is a plus in my books. Close to everything to walk around and explore, we loved going across the way to walk around the Napa river bridge/pier. And to Oxbow market- A must in my opinion. So overall please Stay here, go explore, enjoy the beautiful property, sit in the garden, have your coffee and just connect with yourself or whoever you're there with. 100 Stars for R Inn Napa! Round of applause for all their attention to Detail.

What a great choice i made, Located in the middle of the beautiful town called Yountville, The Front desk lady (Im sorry i forgot your name) is one of the best in the hospitality business, First things first, we enjoyed a glass of delicius sprkling wine, Then we got a tour of the Gorgeus Hotel and our Magnificent room, let me tell you about this room, Large Studio unit with a patio and outdoor Shower which used numerous times, Very romantic and refreshing, i might install one in my home. The Shower is not a regular shower but a steam shower, the steam option is upgarde that i could'nt resist, The Bath tab with jet stream is big enough for 2 lovers, by the way, the Bathroom is almost the size of the main room. Since i booked with AMEX( God bless Amex) we got an early check in and late check out with no extra cost, a delicius bottle of red wine, free breakfast for 2 at the onsite Restaurant and $125 to use at the resort, Service and hospitality is top notch. There is a beautful pool and patio for relaxing, Also there is a SPA on site, Valet parking only Great luxury hotel, Excellent Service and Hospitality I probably forgot few things but believe me, This is a great spot for a great carefree vacation Enjoy

Okaaaay!!!! Meritage has redeemed itself! I have changed my stars from 1 to 5!!!!…read more I got the nicest follow up call from Manager Marissa(God I hope I got her name right) right before we were leaving the hotel. She went above and beyond to make this right!!! After she looked everything over and sincerely apologized for what happened to us, she credited our bill and waited for me to check my emails to ensure EVERYTHING was to our satisfaction. It didn't stop there, while I was on the phone with Marissa, the hotel room phone rang. My husband answered and was told that the market at the resort said we could come in and whatever we wanted there as it was on the house. I'm not sure how they heard about what happened, but that was totally unexpected! So, despite the experience from check in to room change to being charged and uncharged for in room service that was unilaterally canceled with no notification, someone, somewhere at the resort took steps to make it up to us literally right before we were walking out of the door. GREAT JOB MERITAGE - we WILL be back to the Meritage I've come to know and love!!!!! Ps - if Meritage management is reading this, I pray I got the name correct for the wonderful manager that helped me on 9/6/26 at approximately 1112 am. I'm sure she will remember me, if not the confirmation number was 7939138183-1 and we were in room 4217;). Please make sure she knows how much we appreciated her follow through to ensure we were taken care of and thank her for not just saying Meritage apologized, but showing Meritage apologized and standing on that!!!! JOB WELL DONE!!!!

We stayed two nights in the signature building and I have to say for the price point and services…read moreprovided it was a poor choice. When booking our Signature building room it was advised because there is a hot tub and pool and poolside food service -- these were items I sought when speaking with booking specialists due to our family traveling with a child. After we arrived seeing the sign saying hot tub was closed -- I called this morning and front desk informed me it's been broken for weeks and likely won't be repaired during our stay; also, that poolside food and drink service has stopped for the last two weeks. Therefore, booking specialists are either purposefully not disclosing these details or were misinformed and would have made us choose a different hotel. Pool was definitely not kept to advertised temps -- maybe related to the broken hot tub. One elevator was broken our entire stay. Laundry room on ground floor has a ducting vent tube running into the hallway (not to code). A large event occurred in the first night and dinner menus were limited b I was texted to confirm if we're enjoying our stay and after sharing this with "Janine", was informed a manager would reach out. We're 6 hours after sharing the feedback and no said manager has bothered to contact us. It's also 430p and nobody has attempted to clean our room the entire second day of our stay despite it being unoccupied for all but 1 hour from 8am until now. I had to call to request an attempt at new towels and room cleaning being done when we leave for dinner at 530. They then show up at 5p because the receptionist wasn't listening and then are confused when I say we are leaving to dinner at 530. It appears the service attendants left and tried to call their manager. (Nobody ever came back and we took out our own trash and linens) At $1200 for two nights you can and should spend you money elsewhere. My wife's and my employer routinely use Meritage for large offsites (we are often on planning committees for venue use.; we will advise accordingly.
