I recently moved to Tyler and Palm Beach Tan was a recommendation from another wellness provider…read more I am pretty fair skinned and the mosquitos are killing me here so I tried a spray tan about a week ago to help cover all the bite marks in addition to this white flesh and couldn't be happier to find this location and franchise. I worked with Kelslee (I hope I spelled her name correctly) who is the Store Manager and she is a fountain of great information and "how to's" on the best steps to use the spray tan booth once in the private room. I loved the color she customized for me based on my cool undertones and veins and it looked very natural. My Mom didn't even know I got a tan and commented that my legs are finally looking tan a few days later so I finally told her! I was deathly afraid of getting the "orange Oom-pa-loom-pa glow" I've experienced before. I'd like to try their tanning booths too before I make a decision on which plan to choose from but I would highly recommend this location and the personal customer service here but especially working with Kelslee who was a delight.

The stylist cut off six inches. I didn't catch it in the salon because I trust her, and she finished my hair in curls, so I assumed it looked shorter because of the styling. I later checked my hair length after the curls had fallen, then measuring to where my hair reached previously and found a six inch difference. A trim is one to two inches. My hair is also very healthy, so there were no damaged ends that would have justified removing that much. It will take me over a year to grow this back. I won't be returning.

She said she would after dip. Most are fine, but one I had to file myself later. Also, she left a channel of adhesive and dip beside one nail that I had to file. Ok I'm updating this review cuz I'm just mad now! I didn't have my glasses on when she did my toes 2 days ago. I just took a close look at my pedicure and it's horrible! 1: she had to get pliers to open polish. 2: she added thinner to it. 3: I ended up with a bumpy mess on my toe nails 4: she forgot I wanted design, but glad I didn't pay for that to be put in top of a mess. 5: big toe polish is already CHIPPING off. I had design on there when I walked in that was still perfect and NO CHIPPING from pedicure that was 5 weeks ago ( done by Star at Hawaii Nail Bar). Every nail tech knows that polish can go bad.
