Paramount limo is the white glove service you'd want when booking a car service. Carlos is…read moreexcellent and communicates with clients to ensure the best fit for transportation and luggage needs. We've used the service dozens of times over the last year + that we have lived in the east coast, and even several times to arrange transportation for family and friends visiting us. Drivers are always early, so we're never stuck waiting, and they even wait for us (when we're running a little behind). They load and unload our luggage and usually provide door to door service. They provide us with bottled waters so we are hydrated and can enjoy the ride, they drive safely and match the vibe you give. If you want a nap time experience, your driver will get you set. If you want a pre-game/pre-party vibe, they'll get the music and the setting going. And anything in between. It's always such a comfort knowing that paramount limo has me and my loved ones in luxury and safety. Why would we ever go with a random ride share service where you never know what/who you'll get, and drivers who have canceled rides with little or no notice, when we have the 5 star service, reliable, enjoyable, and top tier experience with Paramount limo? My in-laws have used Carlos and his teams service for years and highly recommended them, and their standards are pretty dang high, so that's an impressive accolade in itself. The Barron and Frye families are also going to be lifelong customers. And we're a pretty big group. :)

Took 1.5 hours from the time I scheduled my pickup to drop off, for a typically 45 min drive, but I was only in the car for about 45 min (ie the first 45 min the shuttle was picking other people up before me and I could see that in the comfort of my hotel). I've used supershuttle twice in recent years to go to ny area airports and both times have been seamless. Perfect for when you are not in a rush. Update: tried this service again and it took 2 hours to get to the airport with many delays. Pickup was about 40 min late so I'm reducing this to 3 stars. So definitely for when you are in no rush at all.

The wait for our van was about 30 mins on a Saturday morning. Once he arrived and we boarded the van, the driver told me and my party that we had to sit together on the front row because we only paid for 3 seats. The van was empty when we got on, so what difference did it make what row we sat on? When I told the driver that I was comfortable where I was seated, in the 2nd row, he told me that I needed to sit with my party. Decent driving skills, poor customer service.
