Between the crowds, long lines, confusing areas, & all the construction happening throughout the airport, it was just a lot to deal w/. The renovations def made things even more hectic. There's construction going on throughout different parts of the airport, so getting around wasn't always easy. On top of that, I was really disappointed to see that the disability/accessibility line was the same as the regular line. If you have a disability, you're basically stuck waiting in the same long line as everyone else, which can be extremely difficult. This was honestly such a frustrating experience for me. I've flown out of plenty of airports & have never felt this overwhelmed by the process. JFK was just too chaotic for me, & unfortunately, I don't see myself flying out of here again.

They provide us with bottled waters so we are hydrated and can enjoy the ride, they drive safely and match the vibe you give. If you want a nap time experience, your driver will get you set. Update: tried this service again and it took 2 hours to get to the airport with many delays. Pickup was about 40 min late so I'm reducing this to 3 stars.
