So instead of calling an Uber, I decided to support a local business and stupidly I thought their customer service would be there - I WAS WRONG! I called for a taxi to pick me up at 6:10AM on the morning of my procedure. I called 45 minutes ahead of time and they assured me they would be there. Well 6:10 rolls around and no one is there so I call, the man assures me that the taxi is on the way in 4 minutes. 10 minutes goes by and no taxi so I call AGAIN, man assures me the taxi is coming - well you can guess it - NO TAXI. So I call this man back and he pretends he doesn't know anything about my reservation and says that he has nothing dispatched and no taxis available. Clearly from the voice it was the same gentleman. His callous attitude and blatant lies are beyond unprofessional. I will never use them again and will advise anyone within earshot not to either. Shameful way to run a business. Horrible company.
