I also booked a tire rotation and was told to expect to wait one hour for both services. After one hour, the tire rotation was finally completed and then it took another 30 minutes for the oil change. So, I was kept waiting 30 minutes longer than expected and I paid over $30 more than the dealership would have charged me for the oil change. Live and learn.

Two changes before this week's, I went, and as usual, there was a new guy, only he was working alone and going between 2 vehicles. The experience was different. I got home and told my husband it didn't seem like they did what they usually do and he never checked the oil when he was done. My husband checked it immediately. It was dirty oil and way over full. We called immediately and brought it back the next day. The manager confirmed the oil was dirty and over filled. He said it likely didn't drain properly. The next time my husband took it and everything went ok. This time was all new people except the manager. When I got home my husband noticed they wrote it was a quart low on arrival. My car is well maintained and never should have been a quart of oil low. He checked it and it was again, way over filled. I am so over Prompto in Claremont NH. Maybe pay your help better and get people who actually know how to read my dipstick, which is a little different than most. I will not ever be back. EDIT: My husband took it back and they redid the oil change. I will still never go back. Twice is enough.

They had the right filter and were able to get her back on the road in 50 minutes. The promise is actually 20 minutes, (which is technically true) but it's a first-come-first-served retail business. When the first one failed after a few months, the manager Anthony told me it wasn't the battery it was my alternator which they can't test. I paid Midas to test it. They said it was fine. I paid to have the dealer look at it and they said Jiffy Lube installed the wrong battery. Anthony was not only insistent that they'd installed the right battery. When I tried to point out the error he immediately interrupted me and talked over me, not letting me say a single word that he wasn't speaking over. It was bizarre, awful, rude, and obviously very upsetting since he smiles just fine when someone isn't saying something he doesn't want to hear. It was truly malignant behavior. I had the dealer install the correct battery and Jiffy Lube national apologized and refunded my purchase price. Fast forward six months and the battery in the other car failed within the warranty period. As with before, I had to jump it numerous times. I brought it in and was told that it tested fine and the problem was the alternator. They called Anthony, still the manager but not in the branch that day. He reiterated it's not the battery it's the alternator. When I mentioned that this was the same situation I'd experienced before, Anthony said that was "entirely irrelevant." He talked on another two or three minutes. When I started to say, quite calmly, "I dont think it's entirely irrelevant" - he started speaking over me. When I asked if I could make my case, he spoke over me. He would not let me say a single word. Literally not a word. Our conversation was on a speaker phone. His staff could all hear his approach. I was embarrassed for them to hear their manager treat a customer so awfully. Fast forward, the dealer tested the alternator. It's working perfectly. They tested the battery and it failed. They said the plates are faulty. Once again I'm out for having the system tested. And now Jiffy Lube is being a challenge since that location was sold and they are trying to pass me off to the manufacturer which tells me I need to speak with Jiffy Lube. Oh, and I was told that when Jiffy Lube did the last oil change they didn't install a drain plug gasket. Bottom line, STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOXIC LOCATION!!

I was told "bring it in no worries, we gotcha" Based on that information, I brought my vehicle in. When I picked it up, I was unexpectedly charged $200 for the diagnosis. If I had been told there would be a fee, I could have made an informed decision before leaving my vehicle. I have no issue paying for services when the costs are communicated upfront, but being told one thing over the phone and charged something completely different is unacceptable. I'm leaving this review so other customers are aware and can be sure to get any pricing in writing before authorizing service. Poor communication and a lack of transparency like this erode customer trust. I won't be returning, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.
