When I asked how all those people got ahead of me he said he would put me on the schedule for 8/18. On 8/13 I left a message to confirm the appointment. He didn't call me back. Next day I went to the shop and was told if I hadn't heard anything to the contrary the date was on. On the 16th I got a message saying I wasn't on the schedule. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I don't know what the game is... Murphy's Law I guess.

It missed my windshield- but completely shattered the tempered glass panel above my windshield. While it was glass damage, it was considered a comprehensive claim on my insurance. Over a two week period I tried Safelite, Portland Glass, Granite State Glass, Kidders Automotive and Lebanon Volvo Volkswagen. None would touch the car. A friend told me to call Sean/Jasmin and I stopped in. They gave me an estimate and worked with my insurance ASAP. The part needed? ended up being on a national back order with no ETA. It took a little while - but the part was located and ordered. They installed it and kept the car indoors overnight to let the urethane seal cure. I just picked it up, it looked exactly like it came from the factory. When I went to pay? It ended up being so much cheaper that my jaw literally hit the floor and I was extremely confused lol. This place does great work and they obviously value their customers. I literally can't say enough good things about this place and everyone out front and in back. These reviews speak for themselves, and I'd recommend anyone that needs work done to check with Jasmin first! We stopped for Coffee in Ludlow around 1pm, and heard a continuous "thump" noise under the car as we slowed down. We searched body shops in the area using Google and in Google Maps and all we saw was "Closed" next to every single business. Every business except Steve's Auto Repairs (which was a sign if you believe in that sort of thing!). We called Steve, explained what we heard and he said to come right over after providing clear directions. First he asked if we thought the car was drivable, which was very thoughtful on his part. We pulled in and Steve was waiting outside for us waving showing us where to park. His house is on the corner of a Main Street (very easy to get to) and next to a Greenery. He was kind and professional, introduced himself, explained what he was going to do and got us settled. He put the car up in the bay, and quickly found the brakes and rotors were metal on metal. He showed my boyfriend and explained what was happening. He made a call to O' Reilley Auto Parts and gave us a VERY reasonable price. He left to go pick up the parts and came back in less than 30 minutes. He fixed the car within 45 minutes after that. He took the car for a quick test drive up the road to make sure there was nothing else wrong. When he got back he mentioned the other sound underneath which was the sway bar but we knew that car (Kia) is known to have that issue. My boyfriend asked if he could take the "bad brakes" back to his mechanic that looked the car over before our trip. Steve said of course and put them in a box for us. We cannot THANK Steve enough for fixing the car, providing exceptional service, treating us with courtesy, and at a very reasonable cost $$.
