Update :Ok so I went to Gillys last month to get my 2018 Tundra yearly undercoat spray job at…read moreGillys. Talked to Josh a bit and asked him to put the truck up on the lift so I could check for any rust spots before he sprayed. All I can say is WOW there wasn't a spec of rust anywhere on the undercarage to be found ,beleive me I looked. I could not friggin believe how clean that undercarage looked. I don't impress easily but I was floored how good it looked under there . My only regret was not taking a picture to show everyone on yelp. Ct is brutal with the deiceing mixture they put on the roads in the winter.and it will rust out your vehicle in no time. Ok so it was another $150 bucks but SOOOO WORTH IT. I tend to keep my vehicles a long time /or until they rust out ,but it looks like I'll be keeping the Tundra forever if I keep on getting it Krowned a Gillys. Only side note is ,that when Josh sprays some of the oily film can get on your car. just tell them to wash the windows only and take it to the nearest car wash to blast the film off Josh and Heather a BIG THANK YOU for doing such a great job.Hugs to Lacey and her crazy little brother (Labs). My band was driving from Vermont to Boston for a show. When we were about halfway there, the car…read morestarted making terrible noises and we had to pull over on the side of the highway. We were short on time, so we called Gilly's, the closest auto repair shop according to Google, to see if they might be able to take us in right then so we could try to make it to our show in time. Though he had cars on his lifts and it was bad timing, he told us he could at least put the car up on a jack and take a peek. We drove (very slowly) the few miles there, and when we arrived he had started taking one of the cars off the lift so he could put our car on. He quickly assessed the problem, came up with a solution that would get us safely to Boston and back, and got us back on the road for $32! Not only that, but about a half hour after we left, when they were supposed to already be closed, the woman at the front desk called us back to make sure the car wasn't making any more noises and that we were safe! We made it to Boston in time for the show and highly recommend Gilly's to anyone. We feel so lucky to have stumbled upon such an honest business run by kind people in our hour of need!

Avoid this location like the plague. Two reasons: terrible…read morequality control and a manager who is truly vicious. I had Jiffy Lube batteries installed in two different cars. When the first one failed after a few months, the manager Anthony told me it wasn't the battery it was my alternator which they can't test. I paid Midas to test it. They said it was fine. I paid to have the dealer look at it and they said Jiffy Lube installed the wrong battery. Anthony was not only insistent that they'd installed the right battery. When I tried to point out the error he immediately interrupted me and talked over me, not letting me say a single word that he wasn't speaking over. It was bizarre, awful, rude, and obviously very upsetting since he smiles just fine when someone isn't saying something he doesn't want to hear. It was truly malignant behavior. I had the dealer install the correct battery and Jiffy Lube national apologized and refunded my purchase price. Fast forward six months and the battery in the other car failed within the warranty period. As with before, I had to jump it numerous times. I brought it in and was told that it tested fine and the problem was the alternator. They called Anthony, still the manager but not in the branch that day. He reiterated it's not the battery it's the alternator. When I mentioned that this was the same situation I'd experienced before, Anthony said that was "entirely irrelevant." He talked on another two or three minutes. When I started to say, quite calmly, "I dont think it's entirely irrelevant" - he started speaking over me. When I asked if I could make my case, he spoke over me. He would not let me say a single word. Literally not a word. Our conversation was on a speaker phone. His staff could all hear his approach. I was embarrassed for them to hear their manager treat a customer so awfully. Fast forward, the dealer tested the alternator. It's working perfectly. They tested the battery and it failed. They said the plates are faulty. Once again I'm out for having the system tested. And now Jiffy Lube is being a challenge since that location was sold and they are trying to pass me off to the manufacturer which tells me I need to speak with Jiffy Lube. Oh, and I was told that when Jiffy Lube did the last oil change they didn't install a drain plug gasket. Bottom line, STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOXIC LOCATION!!

TLDR; Incredible service-- professional and trust-worthy…read more I called on a Saturday hoping for a same-day wheel/tire swap and they had me in within the hour. The staff here is remarkably accommodating; they handled my specific requests for tire/wheel placement without hesitation. While waiting, I actually enjoyed sitting outside in the sun rather than a cramped waiting room, and ended up having a great conversation with the team about local overlanding and trails. Most importantly, their inspection sheet clearly indicated that they verified and torqued every lug nut to spec. As someone who usually feels the need to re-check torque after visiting a shop, this was the first time I felt total peace of mind heading home. If you prefer "fancy" workers in suits and overpriced "free" coffee from a dingy old coffee pod machine while getting charged dealership premiums, go elsewhere. But if you want quality work done by down-to-earth people who treat you like a human rather than a target for upselling, give this place a go. 10/10 experience.

Too many times I have made an appointment only to find, upon coming there, that the good people on the ground at the shop are completely overbooked and understaffed, and the wait is hours or they can't do it that day. They say the corporate booking system pays no attention to what they actually have booked that day. The offshore human operator does not have access to the information they need so they give one an appointment that doesn't actually exist. There isn't a way to call the actual shop. The employees at the actual shop has always been very helpful, and they say they are very frustrated with the system. It undermines employees who are trying to do their best and it is completely disrespectful of customer's time. No more Tire Warehouse.
