If you go for a ball joint, they will sell you control arms. They will say, it will be impossible to do the job without the upgrade. They prefer to use their source for parts because they make upwards of 30% on that brand. Lastly, they will charge you $50 for 2 rags and 1.00 worth of break fluid. My advise, go somewhere else for the same price.

Cold and snowy day... January 22, 2025…read more.. Southbound on the 91outside of White River Junction, VT... sensed a strong odor of antifreeze... pulled into a gas station... Yep... broken water pump and overheating... Mind you, this GMC 2018 Sierra (fully paid off)... has gotten me completely cross country back in October, 2024... with no issues, not even a scratch... Vehicle is towed to Bob's Service Center at 10 am that day... Not Bob, but Josh... "Let's see, water pump, coolant and belt tensioner assembly need replacing... it'll be ready by two..." Josh was right on schedule... Professional, thorough, and kind... Picked up the vehicle... warranted work for 2 years/24,000 miles... back on the freeway I went... only a few hours delay... but no matter... the vehicle must be reliable... It was... Coldest day in White River Junction... This driver and owner will seek these gentlemen out for future auto repairs... they are simply the best... And kind... They explained everything... I do appreciate the thoughtful and thorough approach... A cold day driving with a vehicle failure... could have been made much more difficult... but it was not... it was a beautiful day... It missed my windshield- but completely shattered the tempered glass panel above my windshield. While it was glass damage, it was considered a comprehensive claim on my insurance. Over a two week period I tried Safelite, Portland Glass, Granite State Glass, Kidders Automotive and Lebanon Volvo Volkswagen. None would touch the car. A friend told me to call Sean/Jasmin and I stopped in. They gave me an estimate and worked with my insurance ASAP. The part needed? ended up being on a national back order with no ETA. It took a little while - but the part was located and ordered. They installed it and kept the car indoors overnight to let the urethane seal cure. I just picked it up, it looked exactly like it came from the factory. When I went to pay? It ended up being so much cheaper that my jaw literally hit the floor and I was extremely confused lol. This place does great work and they obviously value their customers. I literally can't say enough good things about this place and everyone out front and in back. These reviews speak for themselves, and I'd recommend anyone that needs work done to check with Jasmin first! The enterprise rental office is in the same building and makes it obscenely easy to do everything at the same place.

Two people recommended this shop to me so I went there to have a cracked stainless line for my…read morepower steering repaired. They did the repair and a week later I had power steering fluid all over my truck. They had lost a mounting bracket and zip-tied the new line to the frame causing it to rub against a pulley wheel causing a hole in the line. I had a busy schedule so I made a repair and decided I would discuss this issue with TipTop in a few days. Meanwhile the carrier bearing on my drive shaft became a problem so, I had the truck towed to them to get both problems solved. They had the truck for more than a week and told me that a supplier was sending the incorrect drive shaft (3 times). Finally, they said the part was not available and I should come and get the truck out of their yard. I went to the auto parts store in White River across the street from them (approximately) and ordered the drive shaft and repaired the truck the next morning. By having the truck towed to them and then to my house cost me $550. I did not ask about the power steering line since they were incapable of repairing the drive shaft. I would not trust their repairs and have wasted much time and money with them. I will never use them again

(White River Junction exit near the connector for 91) Its always clean and an easy quick in and out! Bathrooms are clean and the area seems to be safe even later in the night. The staff are pretty friendly and helpful with any questions. Even open for 24hrs! They also have a good selection of snacks, hot dogs during the day, Green Mountain Coffee and the gas prices seem to be right in line with the rest of town! Even 2-3 cents cheaper than the Shell thats next doors. So what more can you ask for? I know I know....CHEAPER GAS IN AMERICA! :P But lets face it...It's not gonna happen any time soon! Very good 4/5! They will continue to get my business...

The snacks are pretty overpriced but it is a gas station. The only reason I wrote this is because the staff are rude as hell every time i'm here.
