I am proud that they follow the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics and protect vulnerable children in our communities. My son sees them for several chronic issues and they have always been available when we need them. We go to both the Gilbert and Chandler locations and typically see Dr. Nason and Stacey, but all of their providers are really nice! Their office staff is I highly recommend their offices.

I've also felt heard and respected by each of the doctors when I have a concern. We also love that they only accept vaccinated children. I didn't have to worry that my days-old baby would catch measles from some kid whose parents takes medical advice from a lawyer instead of a doctor. I appreciate that they protect the most vulnerable population, sick children. I've referred several friends here and will continue to sing its praises.

Overall, the appointment itself went very well, and we really appreciated the care she provided. The only frustrating part was that my daughter's prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. We checked with the front desk during the same visit that everything was correct with the pharmacy. We drove to the pharmacy twice but the prescription was still never sent. Now the office is closed, and the answer machine is saying it will cost $20 just to speak with the after-hours nurse about getting the medication our daughter needs. That was a very disappointing end to an otherwise great visit.

The entire office staff is just as wonderful--professional, kind, and always welcoming. We have now been patients for more than 3 years and he sees both of my children. He is professional without being pretentious, listens to all of our concerns and presents solutions when needed. They are very busy and quite popular in this area-as I now know a few families that go there- so make appointments ahead of time. This also means sick appointments and day of appointments are limited. The medical complex it's located in is also quite busy, the parking lot is always full so show up early to search for parking. Good doctors are hard to come by so having a pediatrician this great is important.

My Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer Smith, is incredibly kind and knowledgeable and never makes me feel rushed when we meet. She takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns and treats all aspects of my health. I never have difficulty getting appointments scheduled and they're always very accommodating. You can also get GLPs in person there as well which is cheaper and easier than having to drive to another pharmacy to get them, as well. Highly recommend going here if you're looking for a great family practice physician!

Not only that, I received an insanely high bill, with a breakdown of all these fees and codes that were billed. I went there requesting blood work for feeling off and then got such a high bill when I should have only had a copay. Beware of seeing any of the nurse practitioners at this office. This is now the second time I've had to deal with this. My husband went in and saw the other new NP and sure enough his bill was also 80+ dollars. I've had great experiences not dealing with billing issues when seeing Dr Burrell though.

Every interaction, whether phone call or personal visit, was met with hostility and unprofessionalism. Especially from Melissa at the front desk. She is the most rude and unprofessional receptionist my parents have ever encountered. From dismissive and condescending remarks to dirty looks when my parents would enter the office. My family has been given the run around with this office. When my dad met with the Physician's Assistant - David, he was condescending. My father just wanted to make sure he would be getting the correct care he needs. Instead of listening and having a good bedside manner, he dismissed my fathers comments and concerns. Since the depart of P.A Shane Milliron, the entire office has gone down hill. When Shane was there, my parents were met with compassion and felt heard. I am not one to leave a review but this has been the most disappointing experience from a doctors office any of us have ever been through.
