I've also felt heard and respected by each of the doctors when I have a concern. We also love that they only accept vaccinated children. I didn't have to worry that my days-old baby would catch measles from some kid whose parents takes medical advice from a lawyer instead of a doctor. I appreciate that they protect the most vulnerable population, sick children. I've referred several friends here and will continue to sing its praises.

As a first time mom I was concerned with vaccines and Kiera went over every single vaccine and helped me decide if I wanted to delay or skip any. She was also a great support both when I was breastfeeding and when I switched to formula later on. I also love that she takes a more natural approach to medicine. Our daughter has only been sick twice but both times she helped us choose vitamins and probiotics that helped strengthen her versus resorting to the typical store medicines. We love that! We also love that she is so accesible. She has always been able to schedule us same day when we have an abrupt concern and is also great at responding to emails right away. We have great insurance coverage but still choose to pay out of pocket for the wonderful care she provides to our little family! Highly recommend her!

The staff refused to work with us at all, threatened to send the account to collections, and were rude and dismissive. They even suggested asking our family for money, which felt inappropriate and insensitive. While the doctors themselves have been good in the past, the office staff's lack of empathy, abrupt communication, and unwillingness to offer a payment plan made an already stressful situation worse. Some staff members may be inexperienced or nervous, but that does not excuse the overall lack of support. I hope they reconsider how they treat patients who are facing difficult circumstances

Every room has hand painted murals, the kiddos get a sucker and sticker each time they go, and I have personally been comforted by Dr Aaron and Emily both when I was having a hard time keeping my newborns weight up, or when my 4 year old was being seen repeatedly for a condition that was not clearning up. Going to EVCC is giving your kids the best, we will go here until we age out.

When I came back for my babies next check and shared she had her lip, check, and tongue ties released and was nursing successfully now I was treated like I was dumb and just another person who fell for the hoax. Truthfully as parents we want the best for our kids and have the responsibility to do so. Unfortunately it feels like this company has zero tolerance for anyone who thinks or even questions differently than them. Parenthood is already hard find a provider who can educate and still be respectful.

It is apparent by your recent one star yelp review that you have lost trust in our ability to provide quality care." I could never imagine as a business owner firing a client of six years opposed to calling and making it right. We had a laugh about it in my house, but certainly solidified my decision after my recent visit.
