When we returned the following week to purchase the dress, they couldn't find it and offered no apologies. The manager didn't even come from the back to address the problem. The other issue was the dress couldn't be ordered. NEVER again will we visit this location and NO, I will not recommend this location at the Mall of Georgia to my family and friends. It was the lack of concern and the lack of customer service for me.

Seriously, I got a Reebok Shirt for $12. Normally, $55. So I would say that was pretty sweet. Look, most people that are shopping here have to because of their size or height. It doesn't have to be a bad experience, if you know what you're looking for and have an idea of how to get the most out of your trip to the store here. They mail coupons if you're a member of their shopping club, so use them when you can! Walked out of there spending about $140 with two pairs of shoes, some socks, some liners (for shoes), one Golf shirt and one pac man Tshirt. Not a horrible deal by any means. I'll be back- I hated shopping at the location in Chicago because of the taxes, and the very strict rules that they operated by. I called them ahead of time spoke with the gentleman who does the alterations, he was very nice. I have to say I am very impressed, you can't tell where the alterations were done. The pants had buckles, loops different materials so this was not an easy task. Not to mention the cost for alteration was very reasonable. I will use them again for anything, they have won us over. I use to use my old dry cleaning lady for alterations, but she has retired recently.....so we were on the hunt for a new alterations place. Luckily we found this place because we are regulars at the LA fitness in the same plaza. This place is located across from LA fitness in the same small strip plaza as GNC and subway. If facing towards her business, she has the far left corner unit. The inside is simplistic with everything needed for alterations. A fitting room, open alteration area, work area in the back, cashier area, area to store clothes, etc. I am honestly scared to use my clothes are our first time "testers" so I used my husbands clothes this time lol. I brought a variety of items : 1. Button to fit on a pair of hubby favorite shorts ($2) 2. Zipper on one of hubby travel pants ($14-15) 3. Suit jacket lining. ($15-20) Everything was ready in a week. When I got home to take a further inspection I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent work! If I ever need any other alterations I will def stop by here, highly recommend!

My husband immediately found his "husband chair" and waited patiently for me to explore the space. All items were carefully staged with purpose in a generous space, (no crowded racks or inaccessible items). This store has been open for approximately three weeks and it is a game changer. It is truly Avalon worthy because it is a different type of store. It is that store that has unique pieces, quality materials and fabrics and great colors. I love it! When shopping, I don't need a haul, I just need one really great piece that I love. It can be a bag, a great pair of shoes, a piece of jewelry or clothing. This is a great place to find that something special. Sundance carries a little bit of everything: special occasion dresses, casual wear, great sweaters in wool and cotton, boots, shoes, leather bags, sterling silver accessories, hats, gloves and even some home decor items. So to the Mgr of Sundance - do some coaching with your associates and select staff wisely. It's the difference between shoppers spending a couple of hundred dollars vs a couple of thousand.
