I found this location for my son as he needed his costume pants taken in quite a bit. I relied strictly on the reviews from Google. I called them ahead of time spoke with the gentleman who does the alterations, he was very nice. I have to say I am very impressed, you can't tell where the alterations were done. The pants had buckles, loops different materials so this was not an easy task. Not to mention the cost for alteration was very reasonable. I will use them again for anything, they have won us over. Drove all the way to QQ Restoration in Buford, Georgia, because nothing says 'smart decision' like burning two hours in traffic for some tailoring. Brought four pairs of linen pants that cost 15 to 17 dollars each and a tiny hem on my wife's dress. Their genius quote? Twenty dollars per pair for the pants - yes, more than the pants themselves cost - and twenty dollars for a job that literally takes under a minute. Apparently twenty bucks is their minimum for touching fabric, no matter what. These legends are clearing 150 dollars every ten minutes doing sixty-second jobs. Highly recommend. They are professional and understanding. There was no wait and I was able to bring in a bridesmaid dress and they were able to do my alterations and adjust the dress accordingly. They also assured me the dress will be ready next week. Definitely will be coming back. read more

Shrank and ruined one item.  Other two are still dirty. I can no longer wear my suit coat because it is too small--the lining is the same size, so I know that it has shrunk with the cleaning.  It's not navy blue anymore, either, since it faded. They also used an iron instead of a steamer, which left marks at the seams... as if I could wear it, anyway. I wish I could upload a picture here for others to see!  The two winter coats and other suit coat still smell dirty, like they have been in the closet since last winter. I had not left the store yet when I saw what had happened, so I showed the owner. While he was not rude, but did not offer any customer service, either. I have never written a review in my life, but I am doing it now because I am sick of people that are dishonest and corrupt.  I have had bad experiences with other dry cleaners (not washing and only pressing, etc.--I could tell because there was a receipt still intact and perfectly legible in one of the pockets), but this is by far the worst.  I hope that, after reading this, the owner will be more honest in his practices and fair in his dealings with customers. There should be regulation for this type of travesty. I am going to see if BBB can help and will be posting pictures to Yelp if possible.  One reviewer on this site said that they had ruined her clothes. But the others said such good things that I thought it would be fine. I hope that you are not next. read more

Great work but a bit pricey! They are really close to me but very convenient. I needed a dress to be altered in time for a dinner and the price of alterations cost more than than the dress! All I needed the cleavage area to be toned down and a lining added. Because of the price, I passed on the lining addition. I might return but it would be for like a designer outfit lol. read more

Suit supposed to be ready by friday at 4pm. Walked in saturday at 1pm suit still not ready. I was told that it would be ready no earlier than Monday. I didn't even receive a courtesy call saying it would be late. I was going to wear it to a holiday gala. Owner only offered me 4 bucks off on a 20 dollar 3 days late job. Very bad service. I came here in tears after my preivous alterations place said that they couldn't do anything else to my wedding dress a few days before my wedding. Richard was so kind and told me not to worry he would fix it for me. A couple days later my dress was altered and it fit perfect ! I should of taken my dress here in the first place.
