I had them to take in some jeans but when I took them home to try them on I noticed it still needed more taken in the waist. When I brought them back in he immediately said they didn't the work and luckily his wife stepped in and said that they did do the work. He then says I brought in different jeans. I assured him that these are the same jeans. He said it impossible for them to make mistakes and has been in busy for 20 years and have never made mistakes. He was so upset and worked I found myself trying to get him to calm down but he said it's too late I'm upset. I said don't worry about fixing them and I just left. I have never had anyone talk to me the way he did but I feel that this isn't the first time, especially after observing how his wife was acting. I can tell this isn't new behavior of him. I was very impressed by how well they altered the dress to fit my body and took care of all of my concerns. The owner is super sweet and makes sure to address all concerns and give suggestions on what can and can't be done. I was able to get my dress taken in and the top part sewed in to fit my body. The dress was also available in 2 weeks after I dropped it off. I do recommend coming in as soon as you can since spring is peak season for Prom and Weddings. They also only take cash or check.
