When I brought them back in he immediately said they didn't the work and luckily his wife stepped in and said that they did do the work. He then says I brought in different jeans. I assured him that these are the same jeans. He said it impossible for them to make mistakes and has been in busy for 20 years and have never made mistakes. He was so upset and worked I found myself trying to get him to calm down but he said it's too late I'm upset. I said don't worry about fixing them and I just left. I have never had anyone talk to me the way he did but I feel that this isn't the first time, especially after observing how his wife was acting. I can tell this isn't new behavior of him. They had been working on the dress for 5 months, and had had 5 appointments, and were wholly unable to get even the hemline right. With right at a week before the bride had to leave for the event, we were on the hunt for a new seamtress! One place was unable to help as they just didn't have the time due to the extensive work needed. A friend recommended this place and we raced over. They looked at the previous work and told us the dress had been ruined by the previous attempts, but they could fix it. Hannah & Jamie were lifesavers!
