Nice atmosphere even with dinner chaos, speedy service and very good food. Highly recommend this location

Unfortunately as good as it is hyped up, it was absolutely gross. Our server had no personality and genuinely looked like she was on something... not nice at all or anything. The food tasted mediocre and the beans tasted like they came out of a can. Terrible food, Terrible service. :( read more

Got told by a friend this was the best Mexican restaurant in Killeen. So me and the wife ate here for the first time today. Place wasn't packed and got seated very quickly. Salsa and chips were a good start, and service was great our food came out fast and fresh. I haven't had a Chile Relleno plate in forever and it was amazing. Perfectly fried with a great amount of cheese in the middle, plus more cheese on top with hot salsa. My wife loved her carne asada plate, the rice and beans were delicious. She the meat was a tad tough, but had a great flavor. Only issue I had was the tortillas tasted like they were store bought. Overall a great place with great food. read more

Been here 7 years but never tried this place. Went and the waitress recommended the tacos, and they were so good I have been back at least 3xs in the past two weeks. The inside of the restaurant was nice and clean. The service was fast even though it was during the lunch rush, the server was very attentive. Just a good experience and good food overall. read more

Usually good food. At clear creek Tonight a disaster. Burritos not wrapped at all, The refried beans were actually hard with a tough crust on it. Guy at window looked overwhelmed and unsure but the "unfried"$12 spent on fried ice cream utterly ridiculous $50 of food was inedible will probably not be coming back. Not sure if new ownership or new staff but wake up Menos. read more

The food is really good here! I had the Beef Chimichanga. The problem I encountered is with the service. When I walked in I waited about 5 minutes to be seated. That may not sound like a long time, but when there are only about 2 or 3 tables occupied and the rest of the restaurant is empty, it should not take that long to be seated. A server saw me standing there and proceeded to clean a couple of tables before he came to seat me. I placed my order and my food came out quickly and it was delicious! I waited a good while with an empty drink glass. My server never came to check in on me after my food came. I had to ask another server who was serving the table near me to get MY server so I could ask her for a drink refill. Again, she had no other tables to serve since there was only 1 other table by this time and they were being served by someone else. Again, I had to ask the other server to get MY server so I could ask for my check. Minimum tip is all I can say! read more

we love meno's and are frequent visitors. We usually come here every weekend and normally enjoy our experience as maria is usually our server. Which is why today was so disappointing. The service we received was awful. Our server never refilled our drinks, never checked on us during the meal, and never came back after we finished eating. We sat there for about 25 minutes waiting, with dirty plates still on the table, no boxes, and no bill. We finally had to stop another server just to get checked out. It's frustrating because we are regular customers and expect at least basic attentiveness. We love this restaurant, but today's service really missed the mark. read more

I ordered a veggie omelet for breakfast and added jalapeños, chicken, and bacon. It had too much cheese and no jalapeños as requested. I took it back they gave me the omelet without the bacon and with mainly jalapeños and no mushrooms. I didn't see the point and returning again. Often time when ordering steak breakfast tacos ain't instead received brisket. read more

Barbacoa is great!! They need to upgrade on their plastic flour tortillas! If they upgraded everything would be great

Love the food the presentation of the food well packaged even it was order though door dash the food was still hot

The food is great. I have been eating here for years and the food and service is consistently great. They Have a lot of tasty things on the menu to include their chicken tortilla soup. Their tacos are always banging. They even have a decent breakfast. read more

I always love the breakfast here so I frequent this location. The Latin music and decorations make the experience just that much better. My server today was Maribel and she always remembers who I am and always provides the best service. Today I orders the migas rancheras plate. Though breakfast is hard to get wrong they did everything right. Huge portions and always hot. My overall assessment of this establishment is 5 out of 5. It's a nice cozy spot that I will continue to frequent until they give me a reason not to. read more

Good food but I felt like we were rushed to order, which we did but I might have been happier if I had more time to look at the menu. Definitely Tex-mex, chips weren't great. The check took forever, we had to find our waitress to ask for it and even after that it took about 15 more minutes. read more

Food! None of the gross Tex mex that is everywhere - this is actual edible real Mexican food!!

Why does it take so damn long at the drive thru. Omg!! My whole lunch break will be over

I hate to leave a bad review, but man what happened to the breakfast tacos? They used to be so good. It had been a while since I'd been here, but I ordered the usual- papás rancheras and eggs. There were no eggs in it...just his grainy looking stuff. The potatoes were not good either and there was an odd aftertaste/aroma to the taco in general. :( read more

laisha, your service was outstanding and the Food was excelled, hope you have and a great night.

Service was great. The lady was friendly, she was actually very sweet. Laura was her name. You were Great girl . This was my first time here btw. Now the food, I was already on the fence based off reviews but my sister ashored me the food was good. I got 1 birria toco and it was the worse so much so I didn't eat it. It did not taste or look like any birria I've had before. The birria juice did not look appealing at all either. ( see photo) however they do give a lot of meat. My house margaritta was watered down, more like fruity sugar water. The type to leave you with a headache. I did not finish it. My sister got something (see photo) that had steak, beans, rice and something else. She enjoyed her food. Good thing was food did come fast. I gave two stars for Laura. If it was left for the food alone and I had the option to choose zero stars, then I would. . Safe to say I won't be returning read more

Came here with some friends for lunch. The service was excellent! But the food was very average. Not bad, just average. I wish I could do 3.5 stars, because it's not quite a 4. My steak tacos were good, but a little salty. Good chips, but the salsa was very thin & runny. It was probably out of a can. My friend had chicken mole, and the chicken pieces were full of small bones. She said the mole sauce was good. The rice & beans were standard fare. It's a decent lunch place, just don't have really high expectations. read more

Yikes, the food taste like this place is located in the middle of Kansas not Texas. The only thing that tasted remotely Mexican were their beans, nothing tasted as if it had been seasoned and when we asked for fresh jalapeño to be added to our dish they said they couldn't but promised to put them on the side. Guess what they didn't put on the side? I suspect they don't even have them in the restaurant. The worker were nice, prices are good and they have a drive thru. However, if You want Mexican or Texmex keep looking. read more
