Some of them don't even know it exists! I followed all the directions but they still treated me like a thief when I tried to leave the store. Paid nearly $200 for groceries only to have them make a huge scene and put me on display in front of the store while they verified video footage of me while they had both the receipt and all of the merchandise right in front of them. At that point, I just wanted a refund. I paid for everything, never left the store, all the merchandise was still in the cart, and they still detained me like a criminal. When it was over, out of the four or five employees involved, not one apologized for the misunderstanding.
