I've only seen Dr. Otero 1 time but all my procedures are billed under him which is insurance fraud and I've been billed for procedures that I have never had done in his office like a nerve conduction/EMG. Dr. Quiroga is also a pervert and while sitting in his office I have seen him kiss female patients on the mouth and have heard him use sexual language with female patients, the fact that he hasn't been sued for sexual harassment makes me believe he brainwashes his patients so they think it's a normal thing. He also only cares about the money so if you go to him expect multiple injections under anesthesia which is needed for all shots but it makes him more money.
