Dr. Natalie Moussa, DPM, ive been with her for over a year, i never felt comfortable with her,…read moreshe's very cold, she doesn't spend a lot of time with folks, 2.5, 3 minutes tops, has very little to say, i needed surgery, she kept putting me off, on my last visit i received another shot in my foot but this time i felt no relief, i called my primary doctor to find a different doctor, come to find out the receptionist at my primary doctor see's the same foot doctor, we started comparing note's and her story & my story s are identical, she also said, on her last visit with Dr. Natalie Moussa, she also received a shot & she had no relief from her last shot, i thought this isn't possible, is this woman giving certain people saline? long story short what Dr. Natalie normally does is push $70 inserts on you, spends very little time with folks & pushes surgery conversations back each time, i wasted an entire year, i wonder if she's qualified? is she faking it? as i said my doctors receptionist had the identical experience, i wondered, is it just me, turns out, no it's not just me. my best advise, keep going find another who spends time with you, someone who's warm hearted rather than cold.

Dr Michael Ellenberg explained the process in detail, had great bedside manner, was professional, friendly and very concerned about my elbow pain. Been motorcrossing and doing martial arts and working ever since. Now going to take it to the next level. Don't take the first review from the guy that obviously needs a 'different kind of doctor' and someone to lick his wounds for him lol. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They didn't take me back until 2:15. The doctor did not come in the room until sometime around 3:30pm. I went to ask if they perhaps forgot about me (this actually happened to me at a different place) and they assured me that this long wait is normal. What? If it's normal then perhaps trying to come up with a solution for this issue would be beneficial. My only bit of solace was knowing that they close at 4:30 so I knew I couldn't be there forever. My appointment lasted under 10 minutes. I had another appointment and because I waited so long the first time, I wanted to arrive exactly at my appointment time. I misjudged the time and would be 10 minutes late. I called though to tell them and I was put on hold. They informed the doctor and he said we would have to reschedule! lol! The person on the phone was super friendly and apologetic but I think it's insane that I can wait so long for my appointment the first time which is "normal" but they couldn't take me 10 minutes late?!? It makes me feel as though they really don't care about me as a patient. At all. I'm in pain and my appointment was just for a steroid shot.

They scheduled us quickly when I called yesterday, worried it was infected (it was) and they were flexible in scheduling around a series of doctor appointments I already had scheduled. The medical forms they had me fill out weren't overly cumbersome like they are at most offices. They took us right at the appointment time and each person we met was friendlier than the last - they were all so kind to my child and made her feel special and welcomed instead of afraid. The doctor came in right away and boy was he wonderful! He is so kind and gentle and patient. He didn't use any scary words in front of her, but made sure I understood everything he was going to do. We were done with the entire appointment, start to finish, in under twenty minutes, but never felt rushed. It felt like my child was the only patient they would see that day and she was their priority - very few doctors make you feel that way these days. And usually you have to be in a pediatrician's office or in the pediatric wing of a hospital to find medical professionals who know how to treat a child in such a respectful and age-appropriate way, but not here - this office knows what they're doing! Hopefully, our foot and toe issues are over, but if we ever have problems in the future, I know where we are going!

The doctor I saw was okay. I do my own research before visits to control my care treatment. They charge for medical paperwork completion unless it's surgery related. They are located in the basement which is considered the 1st floor. Restrooms are in the hallway and require a key that you can obtain from whatever business you are visiting.

Dr. Mozen is very knowledgable and explained the procedure throughly, allowed me to ask any questions and followed me through recovery. The quality of my life after the surgery has been A+, I am two years post op and have no pain, no fatigue in foot/leg that had surgery and fit back into my shoes properly.
