If you haven't…read moregotten this done on your car and you live in the north state then you really should go ASAP! The tint blocks about 62% heat, 98% infrared 99% UVA and UVB, so your car interior stays cooler, you don't burn yourself getting into your car when you can't find a shady spot, and your future self will thank your current self for clearer vision and a less wrinkled complexion lol - reduced glare means your lens will stay flexible longer without sun damage, and you'll age more gracefully thanks to the built in physical sunscreen due to the tint. Less wrinkles and better vision for longer? Yes, please! I initially had planned to return to Genesis in Elk Grove as they had done such a great job on my old car but I came here because of the five star reviews and I'm so glad I did - Jonathan got me in right away, and did a perfect job! So great to know we have a local gem! There wasn't a single wrinkle or bubble, the tint came out of factory clean. It made my little heart so happy to see the pristine job they did! Also, Jonathan and his assistant Nicky were super friendly and the price was $1,250 for the premium tint for all windows, front & back windshields. To me this is a great value considering that I get to enjoy a cooler car during the hot summer months, and I am protecting my vision and complexion. The health benefits alone are worth that price, so don't hesitate - this is the nicest thing you can do for yourself if you live in the second sunniest city in the continental US and want to maximize your health and stay cool doing it!

He's the only one in Redding who works with Llumar tints, and his pricing is very reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Northern California. Make sure to book an appointment--Jonathan is extremely responsive and clearly a hard-working professional.

I was on the fence of just covering them back up but Justin worked some serious magic and restored them, and was even able to replace/repair a section that was missing some planks - I am in LOVE! His prices are more than fair for the work he is doing, and he was able to give me a quick turnaround so we could move in on time. Thank you again Justin! I called 7 different flooring contractors, only 3 got back to me and he had the best quote and was able to start right away. Justin called or texted regularly to keep me posted on scheduling and progress. He explained the multi-day process, sanding and curing times so we knew exactly how to plan around the work. He is a try craftsman, recognized our 60 year old wood, matched with a piece we needed replacing, and really cared about preserving the beauty of our floor. Justin also has all his own equipment, didn't rent cheap models from box store. He finished on time and within budget, did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Honest guy doing quality work at a good price, no complaints.

I got Nhance to refinish my kitchen cabinets. -They dont…read moresand or prep -So much hair and paint chunks in the finished look - super thin paint, not enamel, just poor paint - paint just comes off in most places with minimal contact They will not sand and prep my cabinets and re-paint. They already got paid $6k for it so all they WILL do is charge me $2.6k to replace the cabinets doors. My doors and drawers are in great condition, there's no need to replace them but I can't afford to pay someone else to take it all down, sand, prep and re-paint again. NOT HAPPY They said they wash the cabinets down and the paint isn't sticking because of oils on the surface over the years. Well sanding takes care of that. And my question is...If YOU KNOW your method doesnt work well with refinishing, why keep doing it that way? I SEE WHY THEY HAVE TERRIBLE REVIEWS. They came over to give an estimate and didn't have an example of what the finished product would look or feel like but told me it would be enamel-like. Its more like a thinner, less covering paint. It was supposed to be in gloss and they did a satin finish, so no shine at all. I also spent a lot of time and money choosing my color. Went thru 17 different samples and they cost $8 each. But I found my color, they said they can match anything. It was supposed to be a faint sage color. They said they couldn't match it on the DAY OF WORK. If I would have known that they couldn't match it, I could have given them my second choice which was a warm vanilla shade. But since it was the day of, I just went with it. The cabinets doors and drawers are very thinly covered and lots of chunks and hairs and grit in the paint. Now it does look nice from afar but not up close and not the color i chose, but what they chose FOR ME. They told me "we dont have every single color" but i was told they could color match anything. It was quick and finished on time but not the color I wanted or the sheen and you can see some areas where I did paint swatches on the doors, just the outline of the old paint because they dont sand anything. Paint is already chipping off and lots of areas that came off when tape was removed. I took pics and sent them so they came out and asked where the issues were. I pointed out all the chunks, hairs, areas that were already peeling off, the nail that was sticking out and they just painted over it and minimal coverage areas. They said i signed a contract acknowledging that there would be "some pitting" , i didnt realize "some pitting" was every surface, front, back, top, bottom, left and right. It just looks like it didn't get full coverage. Owner said i was "too picky" and he'd be proud to show off this work. Well I guess thats good cause its going on your review! They said they would touch it all up and if I wasnt happy, they would re-paint. So after the touch up, I said I wasnt happy because the coverage was still showing the wood color thru. Owner said they weren't going to repaint. I was like? You JUST told me that you would re-paint but now you wont. So I said I guess we're done. So a few days later, owner called and said he knew i didnt like it and was unhappy that the paint comes off so easy everywhere and the coverage is so thin. So he told me i could pay another $2.5k and theyd replace the doors so that the paint wont come off the new ones. I have to do it because the paint is going to be a disaster in just a few weeks anyhow and i dont have another $6k to pay someone else to sand and prep and paint correctly. So now I'll be out $8.5k and still have to repaint the base next year im sure but the doors will be fine.... I hope. The longer I have been looking at my cabinets, the sadder I have been getting. I wish I would have just done it myself because I'm out so much money and I dont have the kitchen I wanted and STILL have to paint a large amount myself now after all. If you look at my pictures you can see the swatch of my color and the color they chose for me. I'm so disappointed and out a ton of money too. I have over 35 pics of hair and chunks in the paint, didnt post all but you get the idea . Was it fast? Yes Was it quality work? No Do I regret this whole endeavor? TOTALLY

So I looked through several spots, and found that Empire painting is so highly rated, and I can verify that they deserve every compliment. They took care of everything as if it were their own, using tape and paper and drop cloths to protect the floors and counters and window glass, and put on two coats over two days because it was Very Dark before. The kitchen now looks fantastic, and feels twice as large and so open. They finished the kitchen exactly when they said, and the price was exactly what was quoted. And then for a bonus! They had a bit of extra time today, and I hired them to paint the walls in a small bedroom....I've newly moved in and it had a musty smell. Steve gave me a good and fair price, and Forrest put on two coats, and Wow! another great job. Everything was left spotless, too, in both areas! So if you are looking for excellent (and friendly) painters who charge a fair price, who do everything they've promised, and make things look great, contact Empire Painting. You can reach Steve, the owner, at (530) 744-4804.
