I don't usually leave reviews, but the treatment my two friends and I received at Menchie's tonight was downright appalling. We walked in 15 minutes before closing--well within operating hours--and were immediately met with sighs, eye-rolls, and passive-aggressive comments from the staff, as if we were some kind of burden for wanting frozen yogurt at a FROZEN YOGURT SHOP. Newsflash: If your store hours say you close at 10 PM, that means you're open until 10 PM. Not 9:45. We weren't lingering. We weren't being loud or messy. We just wanted a quick dessert--and instead got served a nasty attitude and unwelcoming stares. If your employees hate their jobs that much, maybe they shouldn't be working in customer service. Just say you don't want customers and close early, or better yet--don't work in food service at all. We left feeling rushed, judged, and unwelcome. Guess what? We'll take our business (and money) somewhere that actually wants it. Absolutely unacceptable. Won't be returning. read more

Unfortunately, less than impressed by Menchie's. They had about 8-10 flavor options. I sampled all of their flavors before deciding and 90% had freezer burn taste. Truly, they all lacked flavor too. The place was also very dirty. I witnessed some kids using their hands for the toppings- with the employee watching. Bleh! The counters were full of toppings. Nozzles were sticky. Ground was filthy. I went with their dulce con leche flavor since it was the only one that came close to its actual flavor. Had high hopes for this place, sad to give such a poor review. read more

I love Menchie's but this location is the WORST. I have been here several times only to find they have 4 flavors only and they are not serving the original tart! Really? Every Menchie's should always have the original flavor one would think. Not here, not all the time. The tables are often nasty sticky and the floor as well. I think maybe they are understaffed but, the cleanliness is less than desirable. I would come back if I knew they would have more than 4 flavors and that the seating was not sticky. I cannot recommend this location even though I personally love Menchie's. I have been burned too many times to count and feel like it is time to throw in the towel. So - this is the second time I've been to this Menchie's. I am kinda of on the fence on giving the the store 3 stars, due to how dirty the place was the first time I was in there. But they redeemed themselves and it's actually pretty nice inside the store. And.. I can't lie, the last time I was there, the staff was bringing a new flavor on and it was DOLE WHIP! DOLE WHIP, y'all DOLE WHIP! Needles to say, I got myself some Dole Whip. The second time around, all the fixings were clean, and while there isn't much you want to combine with it with, except more fruit. So I put some more fruit in the cup. Overall, the Dole Whip tasted like Dole Whip. I had a good time relaxing with the family as well as eating some good food. read more

Super friendly staff, great frozen yogurt options and is clean! For those who love dole whip, they have a pineapple sorbet that will take you back! I splurged for the waffle cone and it wasn't quite done- super chewy. Still, it was a wonderful stop and with this hot weather, a much needed break. read more

Was anticipating taking my Grandson to this local Menchie's in Loveland, Colorado. We have frequented them in Florida. This store was dirty, garbage cans overfilled, dirty napkins on the floor, countertop was not clean, some of the toppings were empty, and the 2 employees left the counter unattended. Do not plan on returning to this location. We will find another treat location to take our Grandchildren. read more

This is the worst frozen yogurt I have ever had in my life. All the fruity flavors I had tasted like perfume and the peanut butter and chocloate tasted like chemicals. I got 4 samples of fruit flavors and was disgusted with all of them. I proceeded to fill my cup with chocolate, cookies and cream, and peanut butter figuring it was harder to screw up those flavors. I was wrong. They all tasted like chemicals. It was hard to explain. Definitely no real flavors all synthetically produced. I would have walked out after the samples except I was with a few people and did not want to be rude. After I got outside and had tried each of the flavors in my cup and realized they were all horrible to I found the nearest trash can and never looked back. Anyone who doesn't work Customer service or fast food, doesn't realize how hard it is to keep up with customers and quality. Easily the best froyo I have ever had. Brought my kids there to try out since today is the international yogurt day. The store have at least 10 different flavors to choose from. Depending on your taste, there is fruit, tart, sorbet etc... you can taste the flavors before buying. There are plenty of toppings to choose from. Finally the store charge you based on the weight of the cup by $0.51 per oz. So beware of what you put inside. Enjoy your yogurt. Yummy. read more

I headed over from Fort Collins yesterday after my kids begged to go. We usually love the toppings and multiple yogurt flavors. Headed over in the evening only to find only 4 flavors available.. no vanilla or even the chocolate! .. I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to food, but pineapple and red velvet, tart and caramel.. my kids just want basic flavors! The young lady working was sweet but just said " the machines aren't working." She was kind enough to get an additional machine going so the kids did have a little vanilla to eat... but come on.. if you only have 4 flavors is it even worth being open when you can't have what is probably the most popular flavors?? maybe it's time to find an alternative place read more

Very nice service. This is a new store and I hope they are successful. It is nice having a froyo place near my house. The owner is very nice and friendly. They have a really cool atmosphere. Compared with spooners and pink berry not nearly as good. Fresh fruit was off flavor and the tart was not good.

First and last time going here. The two girls working the counter turned off the open sign and started stacking chairs at around 8PM (they are open until 9). Much to their chagrin, it was actually a busy night and a lot more customers came in after they turned the sign off. The looks the employees gave the customers as they took it upon themselves to unstack the chairs conveyed pure disgust. It's a yogurt shop with a variety of flavors and toppings. It's small, but they do pack the variety into the shop, and they do try and make the atmosphere friendly for kids. Can be a little pricy for just a cup of yogurt and toppings, but I believe all yogurt shops are over pricing. read more

Called out and a young woman came out, took our order and disappeared to the back. We had to leave a note with $ 1.50 for a bottle of water. Updating this review and unfortunately have to agree with the recent reviewers. Flavors are frequently out of stock, one night we went in and there were only 4 flavors. I appreciate that they offer jobs to young people, but the young staff doesn't have experienced supervision. They are pleasant but not dressed professionally and don't really know how to make a welcoming environment. They do things like cleaning up for the night literally while you are next to them trying to enjoy your treat 90 mins before closing. Maybe they are only paid to be there 5 mins after closing, so that's why they are rushed. Their entry door has even been broken for at least 4 months with no sign of upcoming repair, the beverage refrigerator hasn't worked in probably a year. If there was another option in this shopping center we'd stop visiting here for sure. read more
