Between the indoor and outdoor seating, there were people everywhere. Well the atmosphere was a little chaotic, it was completely understandable, considering everyone was looking for a little air conditioning and something cold to cool off with. If anything, it speaks to how much of a local favorite this place is. The service was exceptional. I especially want to give a shout-out to the older woman working behind the counter. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she was incredibly patient and kind and well. I stood there fighting with my phone, trying to get my Wi-Fi to cooperate so I can unlock my card to pay. My technology chose that exact moment to test every ounce of my patience, and she never once made me feel rushed. That level of kindness and Customer Service doesn't go unnoticed. The frozen yogurt was fantastic. There was an impressive variety of flavors, including marshmallow, salted caramel, white chocolate, blackberry, sugar-free vanilla, chocolate, and plenty more. I built a trio with vanilla, white chocolate, and blackberry with their own toppings. The blackberry got chocolate shavings, the vanilla a brownie bite and a couple of cherries, and the white chocolate with Reesie's cup crumbles and Reesie's Pieces. Every combination worked surprisingly well, and together they made for the perfect treat on a scorching afternoon. Great flavors, wonderful service, and a place that's clearly loved by the community. I'll definitely be back the next time I need to cool off.

They stated out loud, "I wish we didn't have to deal with online orders." Followed by stating, "I'll eventually get the online orders done, oh well." Not only this order was late, but the remaining of my orders were too. Very disappointed in their appearance while working too, one gal had very short shorts on, with her underwear above her shorts. Needless to say, unprofessional, rude, and uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this store as a driver, or as a future customer. Everyone be aware!

If you're even a little apprehensive about buying cookies, that heavenly aroma will have you sold immediately. The cookies themselves are soft, warm, and absolutely perfect. You can tell that care and thought go into every batch-- each bite feels lovingly crafted, which is exactly what you want from a cookie. Service moves at a brisk pace, which makes sense considering there's often just one person juggling taking orders, baking, and cleaning. It's a little fast, but totally understandable and doesn't take away from the experience. While there there's no seating-- this is very much a to-go spot-- The overall ambience is calm and inviting. It's the perfect place to grab a treat for yourself or take home to share (or not-- no judgment here). All in all, insomnia, cookies, nails it: incredible cookies, a sweet and efficient staff, and a comforting, serene vibe. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to.

So sad that the best burger in town is served by people who clearly don't care…read more I love pretzel buns so twice I've ordered the "fried pickle Pub Burger" and the "fried pickles" look and taste like they were fried a week ago. They're soggy and taste like rotten fish. This time I tried to mitigate it by adding lettuce onions and tomato (which it should have in the first place) which cost an arm and a leg, the single small tomato slice was green and crunchier than the fried pickles (which were again soggy AF), and the onions could barely be called sliced in that they were as thick as the were wide (although extremely good red onion I must admit). I really WANT to give these folks a good rating, but the Greeley curse of employees who don't care is in full force.
