The worst service I have EVER had at any Mc Donald's I've been to in the US, so that says a lot. My brother and I can later, meaning they were not busy. It took them over 20 min to make my brothers iced coffee because they didn't have any made. I guess my first thought would be who is managing this place then second how do join it say a thing to the customer about the situation. Perhaps the customer would rather not wait and just get home because they're dead tired. It's ok to communicate when you're in the service industry and too start with respect because that's the job/industry you chose. If the customer is rude then that's not on you- BUT if you are taking their hard earned money then not trying to do the responsible thing which would be to tell the customer what the situation may be and a wait times, that is wrong. I waited in the drive through in the second lane today around 4:50 to 5:05 and had no one answer me while 6 cars were served in the first lane. when I pulled around to the first lane I was greeted with a poor attitude and my order was taken wrong. when I asked what was going on with lane two I was given a "I don't know dude" to which I replied its very unprofessional I will not be going here again. read more

usually when i go at Night to this McDonald's I have a great time because I go with my brother and we always get chicken nuggets and that's our way of distressing for the day, however, tonight we had this lady who is very rude only gave one word answers and was just a complete bitch, I work in food service so I understand late hours but that does not mean that you lose your customer service and you're rude to your customers. Usually we have this very sweet girl, I'm very sorry this is the only way I know how to describe her because I don't know her name but she has a very raspy voice and she's super sweet she usually works at night, but she wasn't there. Bro this makes me sad. I love this McDonald's. It's usually the day shift but there are employees who are kind and get you out as they can. But night time is different. I get off late from being "essential" myself so I remind myself to be kind and understanding with workers.. More times than not, the night employees are rude. Tonight along with other nights I ask for a modification which was: extra Mac sauce. The cook must be tired and annoyed which is understandable, but when I opened my food the burger was DRENCHED in sauce... i tried to make it work by wiping the excess off but the bread was already so wet it couldn't hold. like Im sorry i asked for an added amount Im sorry I'm asking you to make me food after I've just worked my own 10 hour shift... it's crazy I had to stand on my feet for a whole hour to even afford this meal. This is the worst McDonald's in Greeley. Every single time we have been here there has been an issue. When they had the two quarter pounder deal a couple months ago we ordered it and the kid running the window didn't know what we were talking about and was RUDE and ARGUED with my husband and I. I asked him to get a manager and he YELLED AT ME! I've never experienced a drive-thru working yelling at a customer for their mistake. We stop going. Give it another chance and the lady at the window doesn't even say a word to us. Not like "hey waiting on whatever" nope she's too busy on her phone!! Here is an attached picture. And yes if you zoom in it's Facebook! She isn't doing anything but scrolling Facebook! Everyone else is doing stuff. When I told her about it she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. I also recorded her for one minute. That isn't including the two minutes before that. So for three minutes she didn't even acknowledge us because her Facebook was more important. Gave it one more chance last week AND GUESS WHO WAS ON THEIR PHONE AGAIN. Way to go McDonald's for letting your employees be on their phones. read more

Got our order wrong three times we continued to watch four others come in complaining that their order was incorrect or missing items.

Every time I come here I think, "why oh why did I not just go to Chick-Fil-A?" The line at a non-meal time of day is so slow, even with only a handful of cars. CFA at its busiest time is ridiculously faster. I seriously don't understand why more fast food places don't follow their business model. Typically one of the slowest Drive-Thru's I've been to. But hey, it's McDonald's. So I'm a glutton for punishment. Stopped for a couple of hot fudge sundaes. Was told they didn't have nuts. I asked why, and was told probably because some people are allergic. Couldn't believe it. What next? No more freakin cheeseburgers or milkshakes because people have lactose issues. Too bad there isn't a way to give a negative rating. A 1 star is too good for this place. The front staff we dealt with was very helpful. Took an order to go, got back to the office and we had raw burgers. They looked like they had been waived over the heat to change the color from red to grey and slapped on the buns. I almost puked when I bit into it. I called the store and spoke to a 'manager?' or she claim to be one. Told her the issue and all I got was 'yeah, bring it back and we'll replace it'. If I could I would give it no stars. I know not to expect from Fast food restaurants the same service that you get at higher end dining. With that being said I find that all restaurants fast or not should have a level of proficiency and service that will want customers coming back. I went in and ordered at 8:44 am. I waited for 15 minutes for food, which is not my complaint. The fact that I have patronized this restaurant for a year (when we moved into the state) and I have found that there is more often than not errors in my order, they tell you there is no deals that are advertised on their own menu boards, as I was waiting for my food I find that there was no one taking order in the front which caused some customers to leave, not only was my order wrong when I finally got it but I saw several customers have their order messed up. If this was the first or second time then I could understand but nothing seems to change. I keep telling myself to go to another one but not listening to my own wise advice I go back. Today was the last straw. I pray that the manager of this restaurant will step in and make this a better place. Just because it is fast food doesn't mean it has to be very customer unfriendly. read more

Wish I could give a 0. This was the worse experience I've had at a McDonalds. The staff was beyond rude and inattentive and very unprofessional. I asked for a McFlurry and the guy taking my order said, "Uh wait a second" and then left. They told me there was no icecream and they were out of apple pies too. I finished my order and the guy said "you can pull forward." Very rude! At the payment window it took 6 minutes for him to even look up and see me waiting and even longer for him to take my payment. At the second window the employee was surfing Facebook and didn't see me at the window either. I am very angry with the way we were served tonight. The staff was rude. The food wasn't ready or available and I would now rather drive across town to a different McDonalds than go to this one. It was horrible. Do not go here. read more
