Been to this location countless times and I always love the ice cream and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Came in with some girl scouts for a meeting. Had never been in before and staff was happy to help us with any questions that we had and were very friendly. Prices seemed fair. The girls all enjoyed their ice cream/sorbet. I did not personally get anything but was happy they were happy. Inside is a little small. Not too many places to sit down. Every time I go, this place is poppin. I love ordering cherry dipped vanilla cone and yes she does that cool trick too.

The people seem always in a hurry, they never fill the ice cream containers up and always seem to forget some of the ingredients.

Went into get ice cream came out and my car was towed, less than 30 min. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Not worth it !!! Totally predatory!!!! I will never visit any cold stone location!!! This location serves all of the same treats as other locations do. However, the Cold Stone reputation for good customer service has gone out the window. When I was there the other night I witnessed the location running out of brownies at 7:30pm and a very terse worker behind the counter. I had a coupon that was listed as buy-one get one free with no fine print. As I tried to use the coupon I was told that my order didn't qualify for the buy-one get one offer because I had more than one mix in. I looked at the coupon and it said nothing about that on it. This is a case of false advertising and this location should be avoided at all costs. read more

Got ice cream here twice. They've got really good ice cream, but its a little on the expensive side. I had a holiday specialty with peppermint ice cream. It was amazingly good. On the first time I visited I had fairly average service. The second time I visited the staff behind the counter were super happy, dancing around, singing, and just being ridiculous! It was infectious, and I left their smiling. I don't even remember what I had, but I remember the service was memorable. read more

Oy! I really like how close b those location is to where I live, and the kids that work there are pretty cool, but I think I might start hitting up the Coldstone Timberline and Harmony. The last two times I've been there, the tow company patrolling the lot has come by to tow someone's car. This last Sunday we couldn't leave the lot for fifteen minutes while the tow truck hitched a blue Tacoma parked in one of the first lots. I have fond memories of coming here somewhat regularly when I had classes in the CSU engineering building. Their ice cream is on the expensive side, but always delicious! Service is fast and friendly (except when it's super crowded a little less fast). Plus, if it's snowing, ice cream is buy one get one free, or at least it used to be. Granted, it's probably a little nuts to walk through a snowstorm to get cheap ice cream, but still, how cool of a special is that? read more

Cake batter ice cream with cookie dough mix ins. There is no reason to even continue living after you have experienced this heavenly combination. Their cookie dough is real cookie dough, too, not that cheap pre-formed chalky stuff you get at a lot of ice cream places. This place is awesome. read more

Went to seek out some shaved ice that I heard this place offered. Complete disappointment. Staff was clueless, completely blew the ice out of the machine because they didn't know how to operate it. Same gloved hands used for preparing food after running the register and picking food up off the floor. Syrups all had floaters in them. Ice had foreign objects in it (bugs?) Smelled like musty moldy ceiling tiles. Left with nothing and reported them to Larimer County Health Department and their corporate offices. Won't be returning. read more

Stopped here last night around 9:30 and ordered an Oh Fudge milkshake. It was not a milkshake, it was so think that it was like drinking chocolate milk. The guy behind the counter was nice enough and said he would add ice cream to it. He mixed it again and still chocolate milk. He didn't know what else to do and shrugged his shoulders. What ice cream shop does not know how to make a milk shake? No offer of another item or refund. $5 for chocolate milk is crazy. They use a blender, not those milkshake machines. Stopped in today to get my three year old a birthday cake to find that their credit card keypad stopped working just while attempting to ring me up. The staff worked to fix the issue and when unsuccessful I went to put the cake back and try another option when the staff offered to give me the cake for free. She said that I shouldn't have to be inconvenienced because of their issue. It was really kind and made my day. My son loved it too! read more

Had the laziest service here. Usually I love cold stone but the dude didn't even bother breaking up my toppings and mixing them, I just have half a disc of cookie dough in here. He was rude, rushed, and the portion has unusually small (he tried to fix that by just plopping another scoop of ice cream on top, but was still about a third less than my friend's). And the dumbass didn't even remember to give me a spoon with my order. read more
