Both times they had us wait and go shop in the store until being called to the auto center presumably to pay for our fixed issues however they give a BS excuse as to why they would be unable to fix these issues and instead give a quote to spend $200+ on replacement rims and $208 on new tires. Went to PK Auto to fix the hubcap and they were incredible people and it was inexpensive and secondly went to Tire Town Auto to patch a leaky tire for $26! How is a big box business allowed to scam people consistently and blatantly? I would recommend not going here with these unethical business practices.

If you staff are going to harass your customers and force them to wear a mask, you deserve only one star. In fact, you don't deserve any stars at all. This is America, not China. By perpetuating the mask insanity, you are capitulating to the Chinese Communist Party takeover of America - you are aiding and abetting the enemy while being traitorous to America. This makes sense though, considering the vast majority of the 'cheap' merchandise you sell is made in China. Nobody is 'saving big money' at Menards. The owner is making big money by selling junk to his face-diaper-wearing customers (I.e., his slaves). Furthermore, you are enabling the Globalist agenda by playing along with the FAKE pandemic. A virus with a 99.8% survival rate is NOT a pandemic. There is a much bigger picture unfolding right in front of us all, and you are on the wrong side of history. Forcing your employees to inhale their own carbon dioxide for 8 hours straight is abuse. You are forcing them to weaken their immune system. It is cruel. Forcing your customers to wear masks leads to child abuse when they bring their children in your store wearing their communist face covering. End your evil mask policy now and repent. Additionally, we lingered in this section contemplating on which wireless mouse to get. Although, we had our eye on the one that we ultimately got. Again, some assistance in picking one may have been appreciated at this point. Since we were passing through town and knew what we wanted, the experience was good. I can see how someone else who may need assistance may end up leaving without purchasing anything. The check out experience was fairly standard, and it was the first interaction with an associate, but I guess better the cashier first than the security guard who'll check purchases before you leave.
