The guy with the glasses and bagged out shoes sucks. We tried to buy tires and he helped us for 2 minutes, gave us the wrong size tires and then walked away and didn't come back. And he walked around like he knew what he was doing and he knew nothing. Don't ask him for help. read more

Two times we have gone to the auto center at Marshfield Fleet Farm and both times they attempted to scam us into paying hundreds of dollars for extremely inexpensive fixes (ordering/replacing a hub cap, and patching a leaky tire). Both times they had us wait and go shop in the store until being called to the auto center presumably to pay for our fixed issues however they give a BS excuse as to why they would be unable to fix these issues and instead give a quote to spend $200+ on replacement rims and $208 on new tires. Went to PK Auto to fix the hubcap and they were incredible people and it was inexpensive and secondly went to Tire Town Auto to patch a leaky tire for $26! How is a big box business allowed to scam people consistently and blatantly? I would recommend not going here with these unethical business practices. read more

I like this store. It has a bit of everything for a rural community. It's much easier to navigate than one of the big-box stores, yet it still has everything you might need except for groceries. It's a bit of a mix between a hardware, farm, and sporting goods store, primarily, although they do also sell soft goods. In particular, I like the sporting goods area. I was looking for a certain item and was beyond impressed with the comprehensiveness of the hunting and fishing supplies and how reasonably priced. If I lived closer, I'd be here a lot since some of the items are far cheaper than I can get them where I live. In the sections of the store in which I did spend time, I noticed a sizeable amount of "made in america" items. Maybe it's only the sections of the store I was in, or maybe it's part of their buying process, but it was still nice to see those options. There was always an employee available when I had a question, and the checkout was as speedy as it could be. During several visits, I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes as nearly all the checkout lanes were open. If you need something quickly, something practical, and something with a lower price tag, stop here. read more

I'm very unhappy with this Marshfield store location. Your weekly flyer is a lie. You have things in your flyer but not on the shelves. I have visited your store 8 times in the past two weeks looking for items that are currently in your weekly ad. Was willing to spend $350+ but i didn't spend a penny. (Except for the gas in my car to get there) You have lost me as a customer. I don't even want to give you a single star. I hope this helps people who visit this store. The automotive center went over, above and beyond with their customer service! I traveled to Marshfield on business and my vehicle broke down in their parking lot. They were extremely understanding and empathetic in regards to my unfortunate circumstance. The service writer at the counter and the mechanics went out of their way to help me. Was there a few weeks back and needed help in men's clothing no one to be found came across a girl who had been walking I asked if she could help was looking for a coat and she couldn't help and pretty much sent me on my way... I them walked a bit and ran into the assistant manager and the manager and asked for help they looked in back and did whatever and then said I could go to the service desk for a raincheck and that I'd get it for 20 percent off when they got more in. So I got up to service desk after waiting 15 minutes in the line the lady said I can't give you a raincheck I said really why would management send me up here she said they don't know what they are doing. I them have up and went to check out the young guy who checked me out was fantastic and did his very best to help me management was called once again and they took down my info to contact me when they get the item... Weeks later NOTHING! I spent my money else where at the fleet in Antigo and got the item I wanted and the service was great in Antigo! read more

I give this store very low ratings when it requires it's customers with disabilities to sign up for some membership card before they will allow them to shop in their store with the motorized cart. Very Poor Customer Service. More concerned about themselves then their customers. read more

They will NOT stand behind the products they sell. They've lost all of our business going forward. Purchased an item 2 weeks ago and only had it for a week with little use and seams were opening and coming undone. Took the item back & they would not refund, replace, or offer anything. Just out the purchase!!!!!!!! One week minimal wear is NOT standard wear for an item as they are indicating for reason not able to return. read more

They have good prices and awesome sales. We are able to find farm products there at a price that cannot be found anywhere else. They keep their shelves wll stocked. I do not think they are as customer friendly as some other stores are. Their return policy is slightly more restrictive than other stores--KEEP YOUR RECEIPT. It is often difficult to find help in the store. All in all, I can recommend them and will continue shopping there. read more
