And when I did ask for help the male cashier there was very rude. I ask them how to use a product they sell and was told they could not help me and they didn't know how to use it. I also asked to look at life jackets and sales girl informed its not a big deal if I have one because she doesn't use one when she kayaks. I'm pretty sure its the law to have one. I asked to see the manager and she was just as clueless. I made sure to tell them that their customer service here is terrible and plan to call the store manager or district manager today to let them know employees are very uneducated on Dunham's product. I went in looking to order a specific handgun, the employee did not seem to know what I was talking about and when he finally located the gun, he informed me all of his dealers were out of the gun. I went to another store and they got me the handgun in four days.
