My experience and time spent exploring this Best Buy in my boyfriend's home town was delightful for…read morethe most part. We went in the store knowing exactly what we wanted, so we didn't really need an associate's help. However, none of the associated offered help while we were roaming around the store. Which is usually fine if we knew where what we were looking for is located, but we didn't so we ended up just walking in circles before finding the ancillary computer accessories sections located in the back near closer to the TV section. Additionally, we lingered in this section contemplating on which wireless mouse to get. Although, we had our eye on the one that we ultimately got. Again, some assistance in picking one may have been appreciated at this point. Since we were passing through town and knew what we wanted, the experience was good. I can see how someone else who may need assistance may end up leaving without purchasing anything. The check out experience was fairly standard, and it was the first interaction with an associate, but I guess better the cashier first than the security guard who'll check purchases before you leave.

I took one star off, due to how warm they keep the store. Every-time I go here I get overheated no matter what I'm wearing. Besides that issue I have no complaints.

Marv's not a customer service guy. In fact, he should rename this place "Gun repair shop";…read morealthough, to be fair, he does cover that in the "gunsmithing" part of the sign. It's just not a prominent part. When we first walked in, we met "Marv" whose first words (literally): "I don't have many guns." Ok. That was a welcoming statement. Maybe that's how they say "Hi. What can I help you with," here. When asked if he was getting any more handguns, the reply, while given with a flat affect by someone who never once looked up from his repair job, was "no. I'm doing repairs". Ok. I get it. Actually, Marv's did have some guns, mostly rifles, and lots of rifle accessories and supplies. There was decent supply of it. The entire visit, while not welcoming, definitely had an "I don't care if you're here, but I'd be happier if you left" aura. Despite the controlled indifference of Marv, I still have to give this place two stars because what they did have that was priced in line with comparable places. If you need a repair, or some last minute hunting supplies, or a different scope, Marv's will probably work. Probably only if you're a local, though.

This store had a few food aisles - no produce but wide selection of dry and frozen goods.
