When I called them out on it, they said they would make adjustments for the bill to move my eyes stuff from storage to my new house. On the day of the scheduled move, I was called an hour before they were supposed to arrive and was told they weren't coming.Because my wife was rude when she called them out on the stuff that they destroyed. I talked to the manager and all he said, was, I can't force them to come. I will never get them again.And never tell anyone to get them for moving.

My husband went into the docking area where the guy was supposed to be spraying the chair and the guy had the back of the recliner out of the box and barely sprayed it. He actually left the bottom of the recliner in the box and sprayed it. My husband said that he wasn't spraying it very well and his response was..."this i show we do it."!!! I will never go back to this store! I've included the pics. I can guarantee you that there is more fabric protector on the box than the recliner! Sorry but I can't do business with people who don't have the integrity to do the right thing.

As we were…read moretrying out a purple mattress the amazing salesman Brandon came up to us asking if he could help us look for anything. When we told him a bed and our problems he asked our budget and showed us a couple beds. The first bed was alright but could be improved and with that little knowledge knew exactly what we needed. He showed us 1 other bed and it was perfect. Super comfortable and supported us in every way. We decided to wait a week to be sure and gave us his cell number to let him know if we were coming in. He got back to my message pretty quick and was at the front of the store waiting to greet us. We went over the beds again and he offered us an option to save a couple hundred dollars by showing us platform bed frames and boy are we glad we went with a platform frame. We were able to take the frame home right away and it was super easy to put together. The next week we came in put the rest of the money down and got to leave with our new mattress. He also recommended a cooling mattress protector because we are hot sleepers and boy oh boy does it work. He also offered advice on good cooling sheets. First time in YEARS I haven't woken up in pain. This mattress has truly helped my chronic back pain. If I could give 10 stars I would. This is with the 1-1/2 chair we purchased to go with the conversational sofa. The cushion on the chair does not fit correctly and continually moves off the frame at least 5-6" every single time you sit in it. It's annoying as hell to have to push it back in every single time you sit in it. The sofa is not as bad but does the same thing. I emailed them to let them know of the issue. Said she would forward to appropriate people. When I asked if we could be notified if there was a solution (like a new seat to fit correctly) I was told I would have to deal with another area. The material on the furniture is good and the furniture itself seems to be built okay - but if the cushions do not stay of the frame and you are continually having to push it back in - what good is it. It's frustrating and annoying. What it's going to lead to is the cushion being damaged because of being half on, half off of the frame. Vandenberg's need to do followups with their customers of the furniture they suggest to their customers. We will absolutely NOT purchase Marshfield furniture again.
