They damaged a lot of furniture as well as a lot of walls and some very find trim in the house. When I called them out on it, they said they would make adjustments for the bill to move my eyes stuff from storage to my new house. On the day of the scheduled move, I was called an hour before they were supposed to arrive and was told they weren't coming.Because my wife was rude when she called them out on the stuff that they destroyed. I talked to the manager and all he said, was, I can't force them to come. I will never get them again.And never tell anyone to get them for moving.

As we were…read moretrying out a purple mattress the amazing salesman Brandon came up to us asking if he could help us look for anything. When we told him a bed and our problems he asked our budget and showed us a couple beds. The first bed was alright but could be improved and with that little knowledge knew exactly what we needed. He showed us 1 other bed and it was perfect. Super comfortable and supported us in every way. We decided to wait a week to be sure and gave us his cell number to let him know if we were coming in. He got back to my message pretty quick and was at the front of the store waiting to greet us. We went over the beds again and he offered us an option to save a couple hundred dollars by showing us platform bed frames and boy are we glad we went with a platform frame. We were able to take the frame home right away and it was super easy to put together. The next week we came in put the rest of the money down and got to leave with our new mattress. He also recommended a cooling mattress protector because we are hot sleepers and boy oh boy does it work. He also offered advice on good cooling sheets. First time in YEARS I haven't woken up in pain. This mattress has truly helped my chronic back pain. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks again Brandon we are truly happy with our purchase and will be back!

Very deceiving from the street. Very nice selections of all interior things you could need! Lots of "lake house and north woods" decor. We picked a bed (lots to choose from) and all of the name brands. They delivered it the next day. After we slept on it we thought it was a little harder than we liked and they replaced it with the next softer model the next day with no hassle or questions! We have a lot to buy for the home and plan on doing all of it here. Highly recommend stopping in and the prices are Very reasonable too! Happy with all of our choices and the service. This is with the 1-1/2 chair we purchased to go with the conversational sofa. The cushion on the chair does not fit correctly and continually moves off the frame at least 5-6" every single time you sit in it. It's annoying as hell to have to push it back in every single time you sit in it. The sofa is not as bad but does the same thing. I emailed them to let them know of the issue. Said she would forward to appropriate people. When I asked if we could be notified if there was a solution (like a new seat to fit correctly) I was told I would have to deal with another area. The material on the furniture is good and the furniture itself seems to be built okay - but if the cushions do not stay of the frame and you are continually having to push it back in - what good is it. It's frustrating and annoying. What it's going to lead to is the cushion being damaged because of being half on, half off of the frame. Vandenberg's need to do followups with their customers of the furniture they suggest to their customers. We will absolutely NOT purchase Marshfield furniture again.

He explained all of the options, comfort levels, etc. We let him know that these kids were sleeping on the floor, soo he was able to get an opening for a Thursday delivery verses Saturday! We also let him know that they were poor college students & he gave them additional 10% off of the sale price & offered them free delivery to Stevens Point. This was all wonderful...but the most important part of our visit was when my son accidentally overpaid Chris Heufer an additional $20-$25... As my son wasn't aware of & Chris recounted the money & said "Hey, you overpaid me"!!!! Thanks for being so ethical. That is very hard to find these days! Thanks for a great experience! I'd give the store 5 stars but lowered it to 3 due to the company's refusal to exchange my horrible tempur-pedic mattress that is nothing like advertised. I wake up every morning feeling like I have a broken collarbone and store stiff hips. The bed is far too stiff for side sleeping which is the majority of my nightly sleep. I took delivery in April of 2023 so it's been roughly a year and a month if you factor in the 120 night sleep trial. I was told by mattress firm that the bed needed time to break in. After a year the only thing breaking in feels like my shoulders and hips. Tempur-pedic claims no pressure points yet I'm tossing and turning several times a night in discomfort. I contacted the company directly and was essentially told to kick rocks and live with my 3600$ mattress (which i still owe 1500 on) that I can barely sleep on.
