Looking for hours they are open, noticed it on the door by unfortunately not posted online. Hopefully the books are still there and didn't end up in the bag of antoehr customer who had been setting items aside the same time I was there. But I have a problem with the selling clothes process more than anything. They barely take anything and then give you about $1 for each item. Today I brought in three totes all name brands (lululemon, athleta, Nike, adidas, etc). About 10 items were taken out of the 50+ I brought in. I was confused why I was being told my items were in worn condition, when they had tags on them. I had lots of Lululemon items (which who am I kidding they overcharge you so much for those items at Plato's) the ones they did take they gave me about $3 for and then they will sell it for $50 probably and the others they told me were to old. They literally took the oldest items but not any of the new. it's not the employees fault it's management for not training them correctly. This happens nearly every time I try to sell here so I'm officially done

First, we went in to pick the colors for the vest and tux. After two weeks when we went in to get the fittings, they didn't have any paper work on file about the stuff we picked out. So we had to bring the bridesmaid dress back in and pick everything out again. Slowly after getting all the groomsmens sizes they said they would place the order. A couple days before the wedding the tuxes came in and we went to try them on and they ordered the wrong color for the tuxes. They offered no apology or discount. Additionally, the gentlemen that was "helping" us with our tuxes did a poor job guiding us on ideas for picking vest colors. He basically just said here you go and just pick out what you would want. We felt that he was very rude to us. He also had to offer an excuse about why they were so busy because it was prom season. I think this is unprofessional. When things get busy I believe one is suppose to keep calm and provide the best service they can with no excuse. I noticed it was prom season without him telling me it was. Another thing poor about this business, is their "policy" on renting crinoline underskirt. They won't rent this out unless you purchase a dress from them. I stated to them that we rented 9 tuxes for $140 from them. Isn't that enough for you???! Very poor business and I will never do business with them again. I will also never recommened them to anyone!
