When greed takes over caring. I started going to this vet in…read more1998 when I moved to the area, took all my pets there, I was noticing the changes (no longer the small time vet but business), but still I was loyal to them, till unfortunately I lost my cat to their greed. She was not eating, very, very little for days, getting so weak she hardly could walk, we had tried a medicine to improve her appetite but didn't work, they recommended another that "should" work, but didn't have at the office and had to order not knowing how long it could take, I saw that on Chewy.com I could overnight it and start right away, but they REFUSED to give me the prescription, so more days with no eating and by the time I got the med, was too late and my cat is dead. Am I going to recommend them, heck NO!

When I let them know it would be a tenant there to let them in, they canceled my appointment and refused to give me another time or day that they could come and said that this would be lower priority than every single service call they had. We had bad experience here. While finishing picking out items in the shop our young child knocked…read moredown an item and cracked it. Before we could address it a young worker grabbed it from us and said, "I'll take that". When this happened were carrying around approximately $75 in items we planned to buy. We also assumed we were going to pay for or offer to pay for the item or son accidentally knocked down. Before we finished shopping the worker returned and told my wife to pay damages or buy the broken sphere. We then left to pay for only the broken item. While trying to pay for damages and leave the interaction with the owner/manager was bad. She was on the phone, then very rude and lacked any awareness of how to manage a situation like this. She was complaining to us and confrontational about her always taking the short end when people broke things. We left upset and insulted. Instead of leaving and buying several items, including the one we broke. We did find another nursery nearby and had a great experience there. I recommend spending your money somewhere else where it's appreciated.

Marv's not a customer service guy. In fact, he should rename this place "Gun repair shop";…read morealthough, to be fair, he does cover that in the "gunsmithing" part of the sign. It's just not a prominent part. When we first walked in, we met "Marv" whose first words (literally): "I don't have many guns." Ok. That was a welcoming statement. Maybe that's how they say "Hi. What can I help you with," here. When asked if he was getting any more handguns, the reply, while given with a flat affect by someone who never once looked up from his repair job, was "no. I'm doing repairs". Ok. I get it. Actually, Marv's did have some guns, mostly rifles, and lots of rifle accessories and supplies. There was decent supply of it. The entire visit, while not welcoming, definitely had an "I don't care if you're here, but I'd be happier if you left" aura. Despite the controlled indifference of Marv, I still have to give this place two stars because what they did have that was priced in line with comparable places. If you need a repair, or some last minute hunting supplies, or a different scope, Marv's will probably work. Probably only if you're a local, though.

Rudy Rack is a perfect example of how Customer Service, Follow Up and Customer Appreciation should…read morework today. I stumbled upon this company while searching for a bike rack system to use in my home to help keep all of my bicycles safe and properly stored. I emailed Rudy Rack asking if they could build the rack that would suit all of my bikes, including two Fat Tire Bikes, I was immediately contacted by Ashley. Ashley was instrumental in assuring me that they would get with her engineers to make sure the rack can be built to accommodate the bikes I need to store and still be able to roll it around in my garage. When the rack showed up, it came with all the hardware, easy step by step instructions and was better then I expected. Thank you Ashley and your team at Rudy Rack for creating the perfect bike rack solution for me and my bikes. Scott Roseville, CA
