She insisted that I was a size 4 and that the dress would fit fine. When I received the dress in the mail 6 months later, it was HUGE. When I called to see if the dress could be exchanged, the company was not willing to work with me at all and told me to get it altered. During the final fitting we still had to take it in just a bit, she told me she would have it done in the same day but never called me again to come get it. 3 days later I finally just called and them she didn't even know if it was done or not. One groomsmen went to call in his measurement and the lady told him he must go online and send in his measurements since he lived out of state. He lives in Wisconsin. 5. The fittings were wrong. They told the best man there was nothing they could do if it didn't fit. My mother in law had to call the manager and told her that the best man just misunderstood. 6. They sent the wrong ties. For my wedding we had plum ties for our wedding that the colors were maroon and navy. Please save yourself the stress and go anywhere but here.
