We had a clerical error that I didn't catch and signed off on, however Hexco still honored their price even when they didn't have to. Brady was low key, low pressure and not a pushy salesman at all. When it came to the dreaded Finance part, not only was Michael NOT force feeding warranty adders down our throats, he blew the interest rate out of the water from 3 other dealers we talked to. It was the most laid back transaction we have ever done. Cut to a few weeks later right before a big trip we planned with a campsite on the water, we had issues with the boat that were no fault of the Dealer's. Emily in Service was amazing and they got me in right away and when they couldn't fix it immediately, they offered me to take their demo boat to not ruin the trip. THIS is customer service and that is how you treat a customer. Even the Service dude was awesome when he came out to explain what was going on with the boat. 10/10 would recommend, they now have a customer for life.

I came in from Pardeeville, Wisconsin looking for a sports coat for a conference I needed to go to the following week in Kentucky. I started with Shawn in the process and not knowing what exactly I wanted, Shawn was helping me send photos of me trying on different coats to my daughters and wife on fb. It took longer than expected and Shawn's shift was over and he passed my sale onto Eric and he too helped me try on a few more coats and many more pictures to my loved ones. The ladies were too kind and said dad looked great in all but the wife had one in mind that stood out more than all the rest. After the decision was made Eric took an additional 10 minutes to prep my coat so it was ready to wear. Asking me if I wanted one or more of the pockets on the jacket to be kept sewn shut. I asked if he would open the top handkerchief pocket opened for future use. I had stopped by two other stores to find a sport coat prior to coming to Brooks Brothers. I was totally blown away by the service that I got and the fair price. I would recommend the store to all my friends and family. Eric also helped me open a line of credit for future purchases which I will use.

I called and made sure Eric was working, came on over and he was absolutely awesome at helping me out. I told him my needs and my lack of knowledge in the professional business apparel world. He made sure to point out specials/promos they had, gave me excellent advice and comparisons on selections, styles, colors. This was also my first time shopping at any Brooks Brothers. He was kind enough to stay a little past his scheduled time to finish the transaction and take care of me. I came in not confident, stressed, worried about looking good for the interview I had the next day. I left feeling confident and a lot less stressed knowing I had high quality and really good looking professional clothing. During the visit he had to help some other customers and gave them the same level of customer service. However, she was nice enough not to yell at me and helped me stick everything back somewhere (it didn't seem to matter where). I had been collecting photos of the Rings that where the "Contenders" and one the top Contenders was found in Oshkosh at Tennies. This ring is beautiful and with excellent craftsmanship... however I didn't buy. I kept traveling and couldn't shake the feeling that the ring I wanted was in Oshkosh.
