She insisted that I was a size 4 and that the dress would fit fine. When I received the dress in the mail 6 months later, it was HUGE. When I called to see if the dress could be exchanged, the company was not willing to work with me at all and told me to get it altered. Now I'm looking at having to spend an extra $150 dollars on a $200 dress because the consultant insisted I was wrong about my size. Extremely unhappy with this company, disappointed with their customer service, and would highly, highly recommend you go with anyone else.

Each time I came in to drop my dress off or try it on she never communicated with me. I never felt comfortable in the store because of that. During the final fitting we still had to take it in just a bit, she told me she would have it done in the same day but never called me again to come get it. 3 days later I finally just called and them she didn't even know if it was done or not. I'm happy with the dress, it came to about $90 for taking it in, but I wish she made me feel more comfortable and talked to me more when I was a customer in the store.

First, we went in to pick the colors for the vest and tux. After two weeks when we went in to get the fittings, they didn't have any paper work on file about the stuff we picked out. A couple days before the wedding the tuxes came in and we went to try them on and they ordered the wrong color for the tuxes. They offered no apology or discount. Additionally, the gentlemen that was "helping" us with our tuxes did a poor job guiding us on ideas for picking vest colors. He basically just said here you go and just pick out what you would want. We felt that he was very rude to us. He also had to offer an excuse about why they were so busy because it was prom season. I think this is unprofessional. When things get busy I believe one is suppose to keep calm and provide the best service they can with no excuse. I noticed it was prom season without him telling me it was. Another thing poor about this business, is their "policy" on renting crinoline underskirt. They won't rent this out unless you purchase a dress from them.
