They have a broad selection of appliances and mattresses, everything from value deals to high-end, top-of-the-line items. I needed a new dryer and Mitchell and Scott both were super helpful in helping me find the perfect one for my needs without being pushy at all. Super nice staff that care. They also offer professional installation (and hauling away the old appliance) for $99 which I think is a good deal. Just plan for at least a week out for that. Will definitely be back for other appliance needs!

Thus far, we have purchased a range hood, dishwasher, and refrigerator. (Refrigerator still on…read moreorder and in transit.) We had to have the hood installed on our own, but the dishwasher was installed by Guler's. The service tech was freaky fast with install, and gone before our window for install closed (9am-12pm and he was done by 10:30am, after arriving around 9:30am). This included haul away of our old dishwasher. I've worked with two sales people, Greg and Mitch. Mitch went above and beyond to get us this fridge and I couldn't be happier (oh wait, yes I can--once I get it lol). We have a 1959 kitchen that we opted to rehab versus reno and as a result are limited to what size fridge we can have. (We did do some tweaks to the cabinets with their recommended handy person, Dan O'berg--highly recommend!) I think what stands out the most about Guler's is knowing they service my purchases. They ONLY service purchase customers. NGL, that's nice and "old school" and I'm here for it! I will never do business anywhere else as it pertains to home appliances. Next up: slide in range. And then, knock on wood, wayyyy down the line, W/D. I think they sell those, but not positive.

Bought a refrigerator freezer combo unit from Lowe's. When it arrived, it didn't work. Would not…read morecool down. I called and got a refund as they didn't have another unit. They charged me $40 for delivery and additional $30 for pickup of the old unit. So I was inconvenienced of not having a refrigerator that worked but was noisy. Of course no refund on the delivery of a refrigerator that they sell that doesnt work. I found one for around the same price at Home Depot. They do not charge for delivery or pick up old unit. When I talked to customer service at Lowe's about the charges for a piece of junk refrigerator they sold me and to see if I could get a refund on the delivery and pick up, it was oh well too bad type of response. Buy your appliances at Home Depot. They don't charge extra for pick up and delivery plus a better customer service department.

Happened to walk into Lowe's a few weeks later and saw the sign that said 30 days, manager won't do the return. Because it is out of the time frame. Mistake from your employee NOT MINE. I had a dishwasher recently installed from Costco and the team they sent destroyed my hardwood floors around the installation area as they scrapped off the top finish of my floors. They came up with every wild excuse possible (Water Stains!?) in a long letter so they wouldn't have to cover the repair costs. They also didn't wear shoe coverings and left my kitchen an absolute mess. Stay away from this company by all means necessary.

Two issues though: 1) It turned out that the dishwasher needed to be plugged into an outlet and could not be directly wired. They offered to install one for $120+tax. We clarified that it would be a GFI outlet since that is code for outlets under a sink. They said it would be. After they installed it, we noticed it was not a GFI. They got the owner on the phone who claims "we don't install outlets" and was very defensive. Outlet was removed and we were told to make an appointment with an electrician. 2) the dishwasher was set too far back and is not flush with the rest of the cabinets. Nor was the inside of the dishwasher set up (basket left upside down). The film on the dishwasher was left as well. These are small details, but they are part of overall customer experience.

A few days later, Mike came to our house and took a look at our dryer. He was nice and obviously knowledgeable because a few minutes was all it took for him to diagnose the issue. He gave me my options, but ultimately agreed with me that it would probably be worth it to get a new unit rather than go through the big/costly fix it would take to get it back to health. I appreciate the honesty and integrity in not trying to suck all the money out of me that they could have. Would definitely recommend Don's for all appliance repairs!

She didn't look up or say hello when we came in until we said hello to her. That was the extent of her interaction. We looked at furniture and saw some that we liked, but when we asked about it she still didn't look up. At that point we decided that we should just go somewhere else, so that's what we're doing now. ** We ended up going to Bob's Discount Furniture and found exactly what we wanted. Home Depot Review…read more my contractor ordered a vanity for that I picked out from Home Depot checked out paid for it and then his order got canceled. Why was it canceled question no reason given. Customer service just said that there was nothing they could do about it so sorry. , we find the same vanity on for about $600 . he says this is not the first time this has happened. Home Depot is a scam. Do not order anything off of their app. Or the Internet. I have only ordered anything off of their app once and it was incorrect because they had only sent me one of the two items that I bought together. And they also told me that the only thing they could do was refund and so sorry not gonna let you buy the sample again without having to wait three weeks. This company is a scam and I will let everyone know. In the mean time, if anyone knows where to get a reasonably priced Antigua green Merryfield 37 inch bath vanity, please let me know.
