Bought a refrigerator freezer combo unit from Lowe's. When it arrived, it didn't work. Would not…read morecool down. I called and got a refund as they didn't have another unit. They charged me $40 for delivery and additional $30 for pickup of the old unit. So I was inconvenienced of not having a refrigerator that worked but was noisy. Of course no refund on the delivery of a refrigerator that they sell that doesnt work. I found one for around the same price at Home Depot. They do not charge for delivery or pick up old unit. When I talked to customer service at Lowe's about the charges for a piece of junk refrigerator they sold me and to see if I could get a refund on the delivery and pick up, it was oh well too bad type of response. Buy your appliances at Home Depot. They don't charge extra for pick up and delivery plus a better customer service department.

Customer service just said that there was nothing they could do about it so sorry. , we find the same vanity on for about $600 . he says this is not the first time this has happened. Home Depot is a scam. Do not order anything off of their app. Or the Internet. I have only ordered anything off of their app once and it was incorrect because they had only sent me one of the two items that I bought together. And they also told me that the only thing they could do was refund and so sorry not gonna let you buy the sample again without having to wait three weeks. Home Depot sends me an email at nine in the morning when I was supposed to pick up the trencher at 10. And canceled my reservation. I called them and they did not have the trencher in running order. They said a technician was coming into work on it, they had three days to get this thing running. And their employees are not intelligent enough to try it out before the morning of. Highly would not recommend this store! Oh, and my deposit will not be back in the bank for 3 to 4 days.

Stated he is going to charge $10 dollars more than the advertised prices for the items pictured. Went back again several days later and advertised prices are still the same and owner still trying to charge more. Explained to him that going by the posted prices is EXACTLY how a store works ( something you would think he should already know). Owner did not like being challenged on his unethical and likely illegal actions. Became angry demanding I "leave his store". It was kind of reminiscent of a 6 y/o telling you to get off his property. I will happily drive 10 more minutes to Menards or Home Depot where prices are lower and there is oversight and accountability. Please do not patronize this guys business. He is clearly nothing resembling a good worker, let alone a good manager. Store owner appeared to be inside as well and did nothing to improve the situation. Blake grudgingly completed my purchase. Taking a chance, I returned one more time to basically duplicate what I purchased before. Tom's wife/co-owner, Madeline made me wait for 20 minutes, and she was unable to assist me. No apology, and no Blake or Tom that time, so they couldn't "help" either. Blake's brother, Chad, (another of Tom's sons) apparently manages the Harvard location, so I also will not visit that location. I can't afford to give Chad the benefit of the doubt. Nepotism has created an unfortunate situation for local residents as long as the Siehoff family owns and operates the Roscoe store. I will not be back under current ownership.
