    Yet another big box store that doesn't have decent staff…read more This store is an hour and a half round trip for me, so getting the correct product is important. I bought a ceiling fan with down rod, neither item came with the extender kit for the wires to reach. I was on the phone with them THREE separate times and got as many answers if they had the correct kit in stock. No one could answer my question, why, if an extender kit is needed for a down rod, why wasn't I told? I called Hunter directly and they told me that this model doesn't allow for a down rod. When I came in to exchange it, the saleswoman said she'd never heard of them not allowing for a down rod. I asked why I wasn't sold the kit at time of purchase, no answer. I asked for the kit, it's a special order. HOW DO YOU SELL A PRODUCT WITHOUT EVERYTHING NECESSARY TO INSTALL IT? I have electricians working hourly to put this fan in and I am running wild goose chases to get them what they need and still, FOUR HOURS later, I am empty handed. Never again, I will not be back.

    UPDATE: What happened? This used to be a favorite store…read more Awful shopping experience. Rude staff. And worse. I needed a Yeti travel tumbler with a ring lid. Checked in the hunting department. Great selection. Two sizes. One size was $50; one size was $30. Multiple colors. BUT -- the white tumblers were all $30. Smaller tumblers were on both sides. In the middle was the large size. All labelled $30, three sets in a row. Well, it happens online. For whatever reason, a color doesn't sell as well, is getting phased out. Then sometimes the same size Yeti tumbler has a different price for different colors. I thought this was what was going on here. Picked out two. Headed for cash register. Rings up at cash register for $50. Staff person requests help. Next staff person is angry. Insists I can't purchase the tumbler for the lower -- on the rack listed -- price. I persevere. "Then I'll have to talk to my manager". (Threatening tone.) "Please do." Longer absence. Returns. Allows the purchase of one Yeti tumbler at the lower price, but not the intended purchase of two. ("That would be taking advantage.") Then hints perhaps someone has shuffled items on the shelf!!! (What?!! Theft?! I am a geriatric physician. With a rollator. That makes no sense. Incredibly insulting.) Very upsetting interaction. I don't understand. I don't see myself returning to this store. At least not anytime soon. Will drive to other branches, even if further away. So disappointing.

From the very first phone call to the final pick up it has been nothing but excellence. He was very thorough in detail of the whole process and what he was going to do. He went above and beyond which needed up being a warranty claim. I hear that these shops don't nake much off of warranty work but Cliff still took it on and even discovered stuff He had never seen before. His updates over the phone were extremely detailed and through as well as when I picked it up. He even showed me the old engine and what happened. I highly recommend this business and will definitely come back in thr future even just to do a oil change so I can support his business as he deserves to continue staying in business. I wish more businesses were like his.

Called in February because we saw an ad that said $99.00 Winter Tune-up rate. Apparently they were sooo busy they couldn't pick up my tractor until March. Then when they picked it up, we confirmed that we would still get the February $99.00 rate even though it was March!! The guy that picked it up told my 80 year old Mother that we would still get the February Deal. And then they told us it would be another three weeks before they got it back to us! The tractor was supposed to be back on the 15th of April (already closer to a Month) but no one calls. On April 16th (FIRST BEAUTIFUL WEEKEND) we get a call from Jeff that says our tractor is ready and it will be delivered on Tuesday. The BILL!!!! OVER $400.00!!!! For a TUNE-UP ON A LAWN MOWER!???!! I called him back and said "NOOOOO" you told us we would get the $99.00 Winter Rate! He said "oh no, that's for a Walk Mower!!! Ummm, you picked up a Rider, why didn't you mention that then!!! He says, Oh we never discussed price!! Just to be clear, we don't EVER look to a Mechanic for ANYTHING without discussing PRICE!! I'll go on and complain about the $440.29 we spent on this same tractor last spring, but it had been a couple of years since we had it in so we were kind of expecting it last year. When we got it back last year, it cut my grass in strips because the blades were uneven and it leaked oil all over the garage floor. I didn't call to complain last year because it wasn't until May 15, that we got it back and into June before I saw the consistent problems. By that time, you can't go 3 weeks without your mower when your mowing 1/2 an acre. It was running and cutting the grass, I'll just know better next year and get it in sooner. And honestly, had NO intention of bringing it back to SCHULTZ after the lousy jiob they did last year until we saw the ad for $99'00. Well let me tell you, getting it in sooner is not the key. Getting it in annually, not the key!!! NOT TAKING it to SCHULTZ, now there's the key!!! I called back today within 15 minute of the first phone call and said "don't do any work on my tractor" Jeff says, "Oh, it's already done" WHOA, who authorized those repairs?? And if you have it done, return it. He says, we don't have anyone here to deliver it. Seriously?? You slam everyone with these prices and you can't afford to employ someone on a Saturday in the Spring of Wisconsin? AWESOME!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Service, they take advantage of elderly Women, complete unauthorized repairs, take waaaaay to long and do a lousy job!! Great Job there people, way to keep the local business. You won't be hearing from us again, now get my tractor back here so I can be done with you!~
