I called store and they were like "silly lady your order is not coming tonight." (obviously not verbatim - some sarcasm is necessary to get me through this - but it was the attitude!!) I changed it to pick up for Sat between 11a- noon (note that time!!). This was huge a inconvenience as I am a caregiver to an alzheimers patient- I got to store at 1240pm and order not ready !! Are you F'ing kidding me? It was supposed to be ready at 9 pm and it still was not ready by almost 1pm the next day? Again..... when it was supposed to be ready by their timelines offered on their app! You were out of stock for 1 of the main things i wanted!! "Too bad so sad". They did not care at all. Do you know what local store did? They gave me an 800 number to call - get ready...it was an AI bot!! I canceled my Walmart plus membership after this horrible experience (imagine this!) and they prorated the membership - keeping $10!!! For the liove of sweet baby Jesus.... this company made $19 Billion dollars profit last year but they are going to take it from a caregiver (which is why I needed the order delivered and delivered when they promised it!) you could improve by: * living up to your end of agreement - if you say you will deliver 9-11pm then do it! If you say pick up is 11am & customer comes at 12:40 pm it sure as helll should be ready * if you do mess up try to make it right!! have back up emergency drivers (store management?) * when you F up you need to be offering $10-20 gift cards for YOUR mistake!!! That would be cheaper than all of this negative publicity! * giving a full refund when people cancel Walmart+ account when it was due to YOUR ERRORS!! * much better customer service training and offers to "make things right" * better software so it's giving real time info to customer I would be happy to do some zoom trainings to your staff.... please just let me know.

Mind you, it's on a truck I don't drive daily. They told me it's normal with cold temps to drop, which I am aware, however the last tire was still holding at 65 when all the others were at 15psi. The girl on the phone questioned what kind of vehicle I had, I told her and then she asked if I got the extra warranty since my bead seal was probably failing. I said no, but don't you guys offer a warranty on your work? Since you know, it's not even been 30 days. Nope, we can't help you. Unless you want to bring them back in and PAY MORE for us to fix the issue. Just don't go, it'll save you a headache. Especially since they won't fix their mistakes/errors. Took my vehicle elsewhere to be correctly mounted/sealed. Will never be back.

Well this blew Ms. incompetent's mind, "He left, he just walked out the door" she screamed and left both of us at the register to go look out the door and say "I can't believe he is outside". Finally comes back and finished checking dog wash lady out. I put my stuff on the counter, I wanted to know how much a bag of peanuts was since no price could be found on the shelf. She was looking at me in the eyes as I started to ask the question her co-worker came back in from outside, she ignored me whipped around and said "You went outside!! What were you doing out there?" He went on to explain he was checking the stock of something outside of the front door. Then she continued talking to him and ignoring me. I finally just left and then she noticed me "Maam you left your stuff. Honestly she has one job to do. PLEASE train your cashiers better!!!!

When I said we still have 20 minutes till close, I was told that they do that so they can get everyone checked out. If your sign says your open till 7 pm then that is when you close. This happened at the Midland store but has also happened at the other MO stores as well. I love searching for all the neat things they get but when I think I have a half hour only to be told basically I have ten minutes. If the stores are going to post the hours of operation then that is when they should lock the doors and turn the closed sign.

The shipping is the fastest of any liquidation warehouse I have purchased from. The undeliverable mail packages are mainly what I have ordered, and they have been a mixed bag-as expected. I have got some really good things in the undeliverable mail, and some not so good. I did get a few items that resold for several hundred dollars, and lots of small items that I have been able to resell. Am I getting rich doing it- No. Am I having fun and making enough to buy more boxes- Yep!

We are currently in a point in history where businesses are closing. Big named, well established businesses. When a consumer walks through the door and teases how a freshly cleaned door window screams "touch me," it is better to refrain from implying a potential customer is 'immature.' Frankly, if literally touching your window gets a customer in your door, spending money, I would think the less than a minute it takes to clean the door would be time well spent! After all, you yourself are being paid for whatever task you are doing during your shift. Instead, it got you indifference from the customer, who couldn't care less about your opinion/judgement, no money spent by your customer, the sole purpose of your employer being in business, a poor review so more may be aware of your poor sense of humor with clear inability to filter your thoughts before saying them and customer a complaint to your employer. Might I suggest, a reminder to this store's management, "It takes months to find a customer and only seconds to lose one" - Vince Lombardi
