This may fall on deaf ears and maybe we are in a dayvand age where customer services is a thing of the past, but i thought I'd leave a tidbit of advice. We are currently in a point in history where businesses are closing. Big named, well established businesses. When a consumer walks through the door and teases how a freshly cleaned door window screams "touch me," it is better to refrain from implying a potential customer is 'immature.' Frankly, if literally touching your window gets a customer in your door, spending money, I would think the less than a minute it takes to clean the door would be time well spent! After all, you yourself are being paid for whatever task you are doing during your shift. Instead, it got you indifference from the customer, who couldn't care less about your opinion/judgement, no money spent by your customer, the sole purpose of your employer being in business, a poor review so more may be aware of your poor sense of humor with clear inability to filter your thoughts before saying them and customer a complaint to your employer.
