I like classic pieces and was happy to see some at Covet. The store is full of super cute items, like rompers and dresses with cutouts, which seem to be very popular lately. I did find several dresses that I would consider more classic styles, including a wrap dress that I got for $30! It's airy and comfortable and great for all the hot weather we've been having. I love following Covet on Instagram, where they often post their new items and styling ideas. I don't consider myself super stylish, but Covet is a place to find something you feel comfortable and confident in. I love that this store is woman owned and local - it's nice to support a small business rather than buying something on Amazon. I loved seeing inclusive sizing and models on their Instagram! There was a great sale rack when I went in, and I saw prices in different ranges. They also have jewelry, gifts, and accessories like sunglasses, sandals, hats, and purses. From now on, any time I'm on Cherry Street, Covet will be a regular stop for me!

The ladies each found something delightful, at prices that were compelling, and that's saying something. Better still was the variety of choices - scarves to bags to necklaces - and the impassioned discussion that they inspired. This was all unexpected fun.

Many natives know of the hotel because you see in the skyline and its prominent name. My family and I went in to have brunch at their upscale restaurant on the top floor. On our way out, we saw Boutique Emmanuel and thought we'd check it out. Some of the prices were moderate, but went upwards from there. Cute purses throughout the store and some of the clothing appealed to us as well. The boutique catered to the young professionals, as well as the middle aged woman. They had great accessories and different clothing for different occasions. The woman managing that day was really nice. She was very friendly, which wasn't what I was expecting. The store was brightly lit and bigger than I imagined. There is a back to the store that you can't really see until you go down a few steps beyond the accessories area. I loved that there was appeal to different age groups, and different price points as well. I would definitely shop there again. Fun and neat little boutique in the hotel to stop in and check out.

This clothing shop repurposes old clothing and reworks it into one-of-a-kind pieces. Many of the items have been upcycled and made to be unique. This place also sell curated thrifted items that have been untouched by time. If you are a vintage clothing aficionado and/or someone who appreciates creative clothing, then this shop is for you. Everything about Second Vibess is carefully considered and placed just so. That's why I love this store -- you can tell that a lot of thought has been put into every single item that's displayed. The clothing is arranged in an artistic way around the store, interspersed with fun accessories and artwork. The shoe section has just the right number of shoes, arranged neatly. There are live plants everywhere, and some of them have names (like Keanu Leaves). This is lovely store to walk around and explore. This is mostly a women's clothing store. In fact, I don't recall seeing any clothing for men or kids. But that's OK, because sometimes, women just need a store where they can find eyelet prairie blouses, apron dresses and Mrs. Roper muu muus. This is that place.
