Our group was small--just four of us--but we weren't offered a single refreshment. We watched other groups being served a variety of drinks while we were never even asked if we'd like a water. It may seem small, but in an environment meant to celebrate such a joyful moment, these details matter. Perhaps most frustrating was that we clearly communicated a budget of $5,000, and nearly every dress pulled for my daughter to try was significantly over that. I dock two stars because the older gentleman working in the store is not friendly and welcoming to new customers. No "hello" upon entering or "let me know if you need help". I got royally chewed out for not standing behind the red and blue floor tape near checkout. Really uncalled for and not how any customer (new or old) should be treated.

I don't want to say "boy clothes," because it's boring to gender clothing, but they mostly sell masculine-leaning things like jerseys, graphic tees and men's denim. The clothing sizes start at about a men's small and go up from there, so I didn't find anything that would have fit me properly, but my oldest son saw some things that he liked and fit him. This store is definitely geared toward boys and men (but I did not see anything Boyz II Men-related in the store, unfortunately). Inexplicably, you'll also find VHS tapes here. Lots of them. They had great clothing to be sure, and the quality was there...but there were only 3 sizes. Not everyone is a small medium or large I'm sorry to say. Try having a size for everyone....you might actually do more business....I have to say I wont be back.
