I changed it to pick up for Sat between 11a- noon (note that time!!). This was huge a inconvenience as I am a caregiver to an alzheimers patient- I got to store at 1240pm and order not ready !! Are you F'ing kidding me? It was supposed to be ready at 9 pm and it still was not ready by almost 1pm the next day? Again..... when it was supposed to be ready by their timelines offered on their app! You were out of stock for 1 of the main things i wanted!! "Too bad so sad". They did not care at all. Do you know what local store did? They gave me an 800 number to call - get ready...it was an AI bot!! I canceled my Walmart plus membership after this horrible experience (imagine this!) and they prorated the membership - keeping $10!!! For the liove of sweet baby Jesus.... this company made $19 Billion dollars profit last year but they are going to take it from a caregiver (which is why I needed the order delivered and delivered when they promised it!) you could improve by: * living up to your end of agreement - if you say you will deliver 9-11pm then do it! If you say pick up is 11am & customer comes at 12:40 pm it sure as helll should be ready * if you do mess up try to make it right!! have back up emergency drivers (store management?) * when you F up you need to be offering $10-20 gift cards for YOUR mistake!!! That would be cheaper than all of this negative publicity! * giving a full refund when people cancel Walmart+ account when it was due to YOUR ERRORS!! * much better customer service training and offers to "make things right" * better software so it's giving real time info to customer I would be happy to do some zoom trainings to your staff.... please just let me know.

Pro tip: bring a quarter if you want a shipping cart! They're chained together and inserting a quarter releases one. Then, when you return it you'll get your quarter back. As a newbie Californian I don't carry cash. And learned to keep a quarter on me while visiting the area. LOL 1. Prices were very reasonable. 2. Variety was generous (including keto specific treats and food options) 3. Store was clean, organized and well stocked 4. Staff here is friendly. Overall a pretty solid grocery store experience. I 10/10 recommend this location and checking out other Aldi's if you have the opportunity to!

We were back in the area the other night and I stopped in to pick up a few items. I was horrified to discover that I didn't have my wallet with me when I got to the check out. I had my check book but they don't take checks. After explaining my predicament, the young man that was running the cash register rang up my items and set them aside. He then gave me a slip to bring back to claim my items. I didn't have to go through the hassle of picking everything out again. Once I got my wallet I returned to the store where I handed over my slip and paid. It truly couldn't have been easier. This particular shop is nice and orderly (actually, I haven't found one that isn't) and the staff was very friendly.

It is often very busy especially during summer months and so the prices tend to stay about the same. Staff is always friendly. When ever I've gone in there they go out of their way to help you and make sure that you feel like you're part of their family.
